This longish introduction can be justified only by the fact that the book it introduces is still in the process of being written! It therefore, can be said to serve as a guide to what can be expected from the finished work, as well as a summation of what the authors' preparatory discoveries point towards. Parts of it will likely be integrated into different book chapters as they come to be written,

In the meanwhile, I hope it will serve the interested reader as a taste of what will be coming.

"In places where Jews are strong, no idolater must be allowed to remain"
 Maimonides, 4 4 Hilkoth Akum X7

As originally envisaged, the book "BARBAROUS RELIQUARY, was to serve as "A Guide for the Perplexed"- a play upon the title of a Maimonides text of medieval origin. Maimonides wrote his tracts not just as a codifier of make believe ‘laws,’ but as a bridge between the Hellenistic traditions of reason and logic, and the emerging mysticism of the kabbalists in France and Spain. And although many of the latter were dismissive of his efforts, those of later generations would come to embrace them, even claiming him as one of their own – a “secret” kabbalalist who saw the light only at the of his days, after his writings were finished.

The "Perplexed" in his case were his fellow judaics; in a world awash in changing perceptions of the goal of judaic piety, he sought a unity of purpose by which that group could advance again from the peripheries of power, back to its center. Within a few generations, the time would come for it to be announced that no further waiting was needed - the prophecised return to the Holy Land could occur, the inheritance of their "kingdom" would be claimed.

In the case of this book, the "perplexed" are the non-judaic, seeking to understand how profoundly their world is changing around them, as indeed the forces sheltering within 'judaism' have gone far in claiming dominion over not just a putative Holy Land, but over this earth in entirety; indeed they have  eclipsed the role of supposed superpowers in the process. Even where this process of eclipse has been partly visible (and in most cases, it is decidedly not ) its ultimate goal has remained completely hidden. Starting off with the quote above from our 'philosopher' and scholarly codifier therefore seems an appropriate way of stripping things down to the necessary core, right from the start. For it is 'we' collectively, the peoples of the  'western world' who are the 'idolaters' in the eyes of Maimonides' modern day descendants, and likewise we who will not much longer be suffered to 'remain' in our own house. There are myriad ways to skirt around this core truth - none of them need divert us here.

In the wake of Maimonides life's work would come short centuries later, the follow up to its intent- a fusing the philosophical traditions of the western world with the irrational eschatologies of the talmudic kabbalist tradition, binding, thereby, the naive and thrill seeking European elites to a self destructive mythology, invented for the purpose of making judaic mysticism the predominant philosophic current by which all others would be measured, and eventually, subsumed. A work of much time and great stealth – culminating as we shall see, in a “Europe lost to it’s own beginning.”

It bears emphasis that the work to be accomplished here is to not just restoring some of that lost beginning to the light of day, but to illuminate just who has placed it in the dark of night. If it seems obvious that I have assigned that role to a cabal known as "the jews," that perception needs to be qualified - the many and various helpers along the way of advancing an occultic effort to wipe out the true western tradition have been non-jews in a great number of  instances. The concordance of their aims with those of talmudic kabbalism bespeaks an intent which cannot be assigned to any one single source. As a result, the present work cannot join the stream of literature which gets classified under the title of "anti-semitic"; if so-called 'jews' feature prominently in the ranks of those who seek the permanent destruction of the western tradition, they must be considered as an impulse with a greater impulse, even when it is acknowledged that they play a 'leading role' in the grand scheme of things.

The true story of those beginnings is as hidden today, despite all advances in the sciences supposed to shed light upon the past, as it ever was. A "Guide for the Perplexed" must not only, therefore, be able to bring some clarity to what was before hidden from view, but ask, as well, the reason for its being hidden! Which brings us back to the opening paragraph. I posit that the role of persons such as Maimonides has been to indeed create the conditions by which our true history could be 'hidden in plain sight;' and that likewise, the fusing of Greek rationalism with 'oriental' mysticisms was to better further than project, through applying the rhetorical skill of the lawyer to the schemings of the power hungry.

In this authors’ opinion, the work of Maimonides, and others of his caste, was to fuse the western traditions of logos and rhetoric with the dark magic of talmudic belief, so as to better conceal things from the view of the ‘non-judaic’ which could indeed be revealed to the initiates of that religious persuasion. Out of that fusion would spring the lawerly talents of sophisticated dissembly and intellectual sleight of hand; talents used to ironically cause rather than ease perplexation on the part of the target audience! In such a way was a firm bridgework laid down, between the increasingly ethno-religious exceptionalism of rabbinical talmudism, and the Greco-Roman based culture of “Christendom” – such that, in what would have seemed the height of absurdity, if not heresy to earlier ‘fathers of the Church’ the oxymoron of “Judeo-Christianity” would come forth to confound scholars  previously not perplexed at all! It would take not just time and stealth to make that artificial bond a work of permanence, but also the assistance of many who would pose as one thing, and act as other. Thus would what we call Christianity be transformed into something unrecognizable to it’s earliest practitioners.

And only with such bridges as Maimonides created would it become possible for later neo-gnostical millenarianism cults like the Sabbatean and Frankist to effect their bold schemes to integrate into that European world so as to become it’s intellectual vanguards and gatekeepers. Able to straddle the worlds of dry legalism and logic as well as florid mysticism and magic, his  inheritors would become able to talk circles around any opposition to the talmudisation of history, science and legal tradition – to the point where today, few even realize there to be any alternative narrative to that singularly supremacist rendition of those disciplines!

Although Maimonides was but one of a long line of judaic intellectual buccaneers who roamed the shores of the Meditterranean in search of a mystical paradise for a chosen people, his importance can hardly be over-stressed. This being a popular, rather than scholarly presentation of the covert agendas of he and his cabal, we will cease to dwell upon those particulars - but readers with an interest in digging deeper into the subject would do well to parse works like, or Gershom Scholems'  ‘Devekut, or Communion with God’, in The Messianic Idea in Judaism (New York, 1973)

It should go without saying that neither of the two mentioned authors are trustworthy providers of a true picture of the man's work or legacy; however scholarly they may be, they are at the same time participants in the same tradition. It's a mark of just how badly the field has been deformed that there are next to no honest academic exegeses of Maimonides. The legacy comes down to us as something like that of a proto-new agey 'spiritual guide'  - in much the same duplicitous way that kabbalism itself is now marketed as a benign 'spiritual current' with a self-help kind of flavor! As we shall see - kabbalism itself, and surely true as well for those who worked its margins as part of the talmudic continuum, is the vector by which the most primitive magics of Babylonian days are cojoined with modern scientific discoveries to form a physical 'platform' for the esoteric mandate of those whose mission is to divide the world into "sparks of light" and "the fallen debris" which they consider the rest of us to be! Let us dwell no more, for now, on such mendacity.

It’s a work of faith which is undertaken here, though a faith secular in nature.. Faith that at some point in the future, there will emerge a restored and authentic western tradition, stripped of the accretions of kabbalistic corruptions, and for which this history can serve as a cornerstone. Faith that there still remain some capable of reading and comprehending the issue at stake, at a time when extremely few are even aware of the battle, let alone willing to lend a hand. Faith that there is still to be found – somewhere – a residue of resistance to the intentions of the deceivers to destroy the culture, the very dna of the people on whose behalf I write. But a faith not naive in nature. Because the truths witnessed to here are already virtually outlawed by the gatekeepers of convention, I’m aware that this work is unlikely to achieve much traction no matter the amount of effort put out.  But the example which other ‘outlaws of the intellect’ have left for us is enough to inspire obedience to the task. Let us proceed with it!

The ‘RELIQUARY’ part of the title is a reference to the practice of placing  artifacts - bones most often - of reputed saints into a container which thus becomes a receptacle of holiness venerated by pilgrims in pursuit of blessings, cures, or answers. The second doble entendre in the title Barbarous Reliquary is a reference to the modern parlance by which precious metals are a “barbarous relic” of the past, without legitimate place in the financial system of the present, that runs via debt, interest and the derivatives trade – fiat monies chasing themselves. The innate barbarity of that modern system is lost upon those who depend upon the modern educational system and modern medias for their understanding, while the curious pagan crudity of the worship of bones also underlines the nature of the Christian theological racket. A pagan holdover which that church continues to authorize as it is useful to the emotional needs of its followers.

A steady undercurrent in this book which will soon enough make itself apparent is the bedrock importance of those same ‘precious metals’ in the modus operandi of the cabal of talmudist money handlers we will be calling “the money power” for convenience. For them, the devaluation of the older measures of wealth – gold &silver – in the eyes of the societies whom they prey upon – is part and parcel of the strategy of deceit by which they hope to increase both wealth and power. For themselves, of course, the importance of those metallic items has never changed – but a war of perception must be waged in order for the great bulk of those materials to fall into their hands.

Financial war, culture war, wars of perception and wars of deception; all of these cojoin in the makings of a war upon the western peoples which this book is designed to illuminate. Stripping away the many masks and myths under which that war is concealed has been the work of the author for several years now. The summation of that work to date is simply this -

behind all of the myths and masks  which the economic system and the value systems which the current Occidental culture are based upon, an imposition of a purely talmudic point of view, and structure of law has been achieved. The fictions of ‘capitalism’ ‘free enterprise,’ and the role of the entrepreneur have served but to place real free enterprise, and true entrepreneurialism into reliquaries of the conceptual kind – to be venerated by naive pilgrims unaware of the sneering laughter of those who have built the legends upon which their reputed ‘holy grounds’ of pilgrimage gain their worshipers faith and their offerings!  If the present work is in any way successful, the convergence of that theme in both past and present formats will occur to the reader as a matter of some import. The metaphor I like to use in emphasizing its recurring presence is that of the "shell game" - that game of 'chance' which the timeless operators of the classic deception leave little to 'chance' in performing!

The ‘saint’ of this books' cover picture is Ste Foy – “ a Roman girl martyred in the town of Agen as part of the Diocletian persecutions in 303 AD. Legend holds that the twelve-year-old was first placed on a red hot griddle and when holy intervention stopped that from killing her, she was beheaded .After death, her relics performed the usual assortment of miraculous cures and visions, making them a crowd-pleasing feature of the church — which is precisely why the Conques monks stole them from Agen and relocated them to the monastery in their town!

And so, the pilgrims came. And, so the story goes, St. Foy developed her reputation for… unusual cures. Notably, when a knight came to her seeking a cure for a herniated scrotum, she, via disembodied vision, of course,  helpfully suggested that he find a blacksmith willing to smash it with a white-hot hammer.Amazingly, this gentleman followed her divine instructions without a murmur of protest, and was committed to this terrible plan right up until the last minute, when he fell backwards, away from the hammer’s strike — and was miraculously cured from the force of his fall!

The saint’s relics are still held in the golden reliquary, dating back at least to 1010, designed in the shape of a (somewhat mannish)woman. The manly face of the reliquary has actually caused some debate — some scholars see the face of a Roman emperor, while Thomas Hoving suggested that it was a death mask of Charlemagne. Regardless, not only is this one big, golden statue, it is also the last remaining example of its type, once common in the middle ages.

Now that I have been able to access the work of scholars who pursue real historical records outside of the bounds of European/American orthodoxy, I have been gradually strengthened in my intuitions that much of what has been passed off by that same orthodoxy as factual is ... in fact... suspect. As 'suspect' indeed, as the story of "Ste Foy!" Piercing the veil of perplextion woven by that orthodoxy has required acquaintance not just with the land where so much formative to the western tradition took shape - but also with the people who live now in that same territory. Once the incredible complexity of the mixture of ethnicities, dna, and cultural traits is seen with ones' own eyes, the ability to reduce  the study of subjects such as history, ethnology, or anthropology to simple black and white typologies disappears. As do many of the solid presumptions of those 'sciences' as to  origins, language, or even race of the people we encounter in the ancient heartlands of emergent 'civilization.'

In searching for "European" beginnings, therefore, we are obliged to throw off many shopworn prescriptions which are designed to nail down eluvise blood lines, tongues, and tribal groups in a way which proves faulty when one digs deeper. One of the first of which to fall by the wayside is the resilient  notion of an "Indo-european" cultural group which has stayed prevalent in the minds of scholars for close to two centuries now, without them ever being successful in defining the boundarie or origins of that putative chunk of humanity. Many such orthodoxies of a pseudo-scientific nature will be going out the window as we proceed. History, in order to be a reflection of truth, rather than ideological agendas, will have to be 'rebuilt' from the ground up!

In starting in on that long and hard task I return to a couple of quotes from - "Has Europe Begun it's 'Final Descent.'

"If a Europe which has basically turned it's back upon the putative starting place of its culture is beginning to feel the effects of such a radical cutting off from it's roots, two questions will begin to bear on what comes next... was "Greece" really the starting point for what would become 'our' civilization in the west; or was that really just history as 'marketing... the successful use of scribal notation to effect a coup upon truth? If the later possibility is the correct one... then where need we look for the real roots of what has become known as the "European" world?"

Followed by this quote from Heidegger:

We must face the possibility that the beginning is not the old in the sense of the antiquated but that we are so very antiquated that we can no longer understand a beginning - and especially cannot understand when we invoke the advanced and the contemporary,

in order to set the scene for an overview of the fascinating elements of known history which set me on this quest for the hidden past, long before I had been politically awakened to understand why and by whom it is hidden. What is equally fascinating is that the very same elements of the historical puzzle which were eluding the scholarly field when I last had the chance to look in on it - some twenty five years before - are STILL eluding them now! That the combined weight of several generations of academia has gotten little or no closer to solving the mysteries I mention below is a shocking sign of how occidental arrogance and hubris has worked to keep things which should and could have been cleared up long ago, still in the dark. But at the same time, its a wonderful gift, that I could have waited out a quarter century of orthodox academic statis, and still have the chance in front of me of digging fresh ground where none have gone before!

Before I had finished my own business career, in the few moments available for thoughts outside of operational concerns, the story of far east Asias "Tocharians" was a great interest of mine. Reading up on these blue eyed, red haired and tall people who had inhabited the area of the Tarim Basin, millennia before “Europeans” explored there, spurred my passion for ethnography and history in new directions.

What were these apparent“ Caucasians” doing so distant from all others of their physical type? What were their origins, and how did they get there? When my pursuit of Buddhist history took me to the same area of Asia in order to study the work of European scholars who had unearthed evidence of a civilization in the midst of that same huge desert space – the people of which had the very same physical characteristic as those earlier Tocharians – it got interesting indeed!

Murals found in the cave monasteries of Kizil, still vibrant with the original colors and textures a thousand years after their making, showed men with light- colored hair and eyes dressed in long robes girded with swords in such manner as to appear to be right out of a European medieval tapestry - but this was C7th Central Asia! Kucha and other surrounding city states from that era were eventually conquered by an expansionary Chinese state, and disappeared from history. But the record of these strangely “European” people in the heart of Asia remained a goad to further questions about much of the basis upon which conventional historiography had been built.

It was only a short time after my study of the central Asian civilizations that I came across the work of Ethel Stewart, another obscure, self educated scholar with a passion for opening up holes in orthodox renditions of history, and filling in the resulting spaces with fascinating information. If I’d been taken aback by the strange and wonderful information which the exploration of Central Asia had provided, the work of Stewart more mind blowing indeed. Having acquired enough of a grasp of phonetics and linguistics to start translating a variety of Asian texts from the time frame of the Mongol invasions, she started comparing their information with what she had learned first hand in her field work among native Indian bands of the North and west of Canada and Alaska.

By taking the accounts of native shamans and storytellers about their origins into a multi-variant framework of investigation, she began to realize that those stories had their genesis in historical events which Asian histories had recorded. As such, she was able to trace the lineages of individual bands to specific parts of the Asian refugee diaspora which had resulted from remnants of central Asian nations fleeing the Mongol wave, from Tarim of the Uighurs and Turkic tribes north to Harbin, the Korean Peninsula, Kamchatka and across the sea bridge to Alaska. from there, they split into what would become separate bands that spread gradually south till reaching California and the plains of the midwest, and westwards right into eastern Canada and the Great Lakes.

Not content to upset the orthodoxy of history to that degree, she also made a study of the languages of the North American newcomers (circaC13th) which specified their antecedents in the Tibetan, Turkic, Tungan, and other central Asian tongues. So our “redskins” of reputed indigenous North American origins came instead from the melting pot of Central Asian immigrants, with a good measure of that “Caucasian” style Tocharian dna thrown into the mix! Ethnology would never be the same. Needless to say, entrenched academics of their respective fields uniformly panned Stewarts work – it gained no traction at all during her lifetime. After finding stray references to it in ‘fringe’ epigraphic and historical diffusionist journals, I traveled to a college town in Georgia USA, the library of which held a precious copy of her published work. A few days of diligent photo-copying left me in possession of a treasure of ‘forbidden’ scholarship, which would lie in slumber among my possessions, waiting for this moment decades later.

In vacating the west for a new Asian homeland, I was forced to leave behind a large accumulated library of books on all aspects of Asian history.Years of research left behind in the move, among the slender mementos I carried with me was Ethels work. At last I know why! While it was easy for sneering scholars of a previous age – when linguistics and archeology held sway as the means of building ethnographic theories – to dismiss Stewarts ground breaking studies, with the arrival of this new, genetic-based science of dna testing , the case must, and will be opened again.

In the Khan Tengri series Return to Khan Tengri - Part Three - Light from the East? we introduced the ideas of Murad Adji about the similar western movements of peoples of Altaic origin – into the Steppe country and then spreading to the fringes of eastern Europe and the Balkans. That it is anecodotal evidence, the gleanings of 'tradition' rather than the findings of 'hard science' renders such a narrative difficult to support. But here, we receive direct evidence of a second, even more far reaching wave of Altaic immigration via the southern routes, to the farthest reaches of the European sub-continent! Klyosovs study of the “Arbins,” and the spread of the R1a/R1b haplogroups provides back up to many of the concepts which our anecdotal narrative brings forth. As such, we find in our hands a powerful new tool to forge the parallel trail to Ethel Stewarts' visionary work of long decades back, and solve many of the mysteries which have remained elusive to mainstream academia!

When science, and  historical account can support each other, we are going to see some progress.  But amazingly, both agree in their outline of a dispersion of Central Asian peoples into the west, by which their descendants become the predominant part of what we call the “Europeans” of today. Myths are starting to explode left and right! Just this very morning I read an interview featuring a typical talking head droning on  how European civilization started with “the Greeks.” Blind leading the blind. We’ll be applying corrective surgery in the hopes of allowing them to regain their sight again one day! “Out of Africa” has been supplanted by “Out of the Altaic!” Even leaving aside for the time being - the tremendous significance of Kymosov attributing to this same population group the origin of Sumer, we are looking at a vastly changed landscape, from the one orthodox academics continue to bicker over endlessly. Nothing will ever be the same again.

It's time to bring this introduction to a close. We can best do so with a final survey of the field, as developed by the practicioners of orthodox methodologies, and prepare the ground for our new slant on things.

Perhaps the best way to summarize all that bickering - and the theories over which it takes place, would be to extract this introduction from J P Mallory, so that once over with, we won't have to review that territory again. For close to 25 years I was hung up with doubts about all the interpretations I had read as to the Indo-Europeans in general, and the Tocharians in specific. At last the breakthrough has come about which conforms to the reason for those doubts, and the gut instinct which drove me to withhold belief in any of them. Here Mallory lists the contenders:

"Twenty-first century clouds over Indo-Europeanhomelands JP MALLORY"

….. The Anatolian Neolithic model. This has been most popularized in the works of Colin Renfrew (1987). It sets Indo-European origins to the Anatolian Neolithic and argues that the spread of the Indo-European languages was part and parcel ofthe spread of agriculture through Europe in a demographic “wave of advance”.Since its original presentation it has been modified a number of times to deal with some of the more serious criticism directed towards it. The revised model(Renfrew 1999) still argues for a movement of farming populations from Anatolia into the Aegean and Balkans extending through central Europe along the Danube drainage (the Linearbandkeramik) and also around the western part of the Black Sea where it carried agriculture and Indo-European languages to the steppelands.

The NearEastern model. The major proponents of this model are the linguists Tamaz Gamkrelidze and Vyacheslav Ivanov (1984) who have been provided with detailed archaeological support by Stanislav Grigoriev (1999; 2002). Here the homeland is set south of the Caucasus, and Indo-European expansions are set somewhat later than presented in the Anatolian Neolithic model (the spread of farming isnot a critical element of the Near East model). A distinctive feature of this model is that the ancient European languages (Balto-Slavic, Germanic, Celtic,Italic) are all derived from a Bronze Age migration east of the Caspian through Central Asia. This in effect has created the notion of a secondary homeland located north of the Black and Caspian seas. Another possible variation of thismodel may be seen in Leonid Sverchkov’s (2012) recent book on Tokharian and, more generally, Indo-European origins in Central Asia.

3. The Pontic-Caspian model. This homeland model, developed in a large number of publications by Marija Gimbutas (e.g.,1991, 351–401) and most recently and extensively argued by David Anthony(2007), locates the homeland in the steppe and forest-steppe regions between the Dnieper and the Volga during the period c 4500–3000 BCE.
All of these models apparently require the Indo-European languages (including their attendant agricultural vocabulary) to be superimposed/adopted by at least several major complex societies of Central Asia and the Indus. If one accepts this conclusion then a significant portion of the Indo-European world cannot be explained by agricultural expansions, even among those who support an early Neolithic homeland in Anatolia. And if one is forced to accept language shift over a series of complex societies in Asia, how can one argue that only the spread of agriculture could explain language shift among less complex societies in Europe?
In any event, all three models require some form of major language shift despite there being no credible archaeological evidence to demonstrate, through elite dominance or any other mechanism, the type of language shift required to explain, for example, the arrival and dominance of the IndoAryans in India...the NearEastern model, that requires the ancestors of the ‘ancient European’ languages to wander through Central Asia, cannot place the ‘Europeans’ north of south Central Asia before c 2000 BCE at the earliest. This is going to render the Indo-Europeanization of most of Europe a far more recent phenomenon than most would expect or accept. It would detach the Indo-Europeanization of central and northern Europe from such cultures as the Corded Ware horizon that in almost every way imaginable would appear to be archaeologically, spatially and culturally a part of the Indo-European world.

More importantly, it creates a‘bottle-neck’ for the Northwest (?) Indo-European languages dated to about 1500BCE where they all should have passed from east to west across the Pontic-Caspian and on into Europe. To propose a common secondary home and time depth for Balto-Slavic, Germanic, Celtic and Italic so late leaves hardly anytime at all to explain the phylogeny of the European languages and how they arrived in their historical seats.
And here, at last - we get to the money shot - will Mallorys' closing summation:
"If there are any lessons to be learned, it is that every model of Indo-European origins canbe found to reveal serious deficiencies as we increase our scrutiny. One is reminded of Daniel Kahneman’s observation:
“It is the consistency of the information that matters for a good story, not its completeness. Indeed, you will often find that knowing little makes it easierto fit everything you know into a coherent pattern” (Kahneman 2011, 87).

"The problem here, of course, is that over time we have come to know more and more and that our earlier, simpler and more alluring narratives of Indo-European origins and dispersals are all falling victim to our increasing knowledge."

Falling victim indeed! But little does Mallory know, to what. A proclaimed skeptic of dna genome research, Mallory has failed to find a way to bring his earlier work on the Indo-Europeans in general - and the Tocharians in particular - to a convincing conclusion. And that's very much because he - along with all of the other scholars competing to solve this vexing issue - have been looking in the wrong places for answers. And after all these decades of waiting, I can see past the serial confusion engendered by their blindness - thanks to being able to build upon the work of those unorthodox researchers who have employed the modern breakthroughs in 'dna' genetic science without paying any homage to the outdate pedigrees of orothodox academia.

I give the last word over to the new scientific  trendsetters as represented by Klyosov and the genetic hapologroup pioneers:

"We have said above that haplogroup R1a migrated across Anatolia to the Balkans between 10,000 and 8000 ybp; the group spread throughout Europe, moved east to the Russian Plain, and then went to India. The first date is supported by the fact that we find PIE in Anatolia between 10,000 and 9000 ybp(Gray & Atkinson, 2003; Bouckaert et al., 2012). PIE could have been formedand evolved during the long migration from the Altai Mountains to Anatolia. Then, the language migrated with the same R1a haplogroup to the Balkans and across Europe, where around 6000 ybp it split into branches; members ofhaplogroup R1a arrived around 4800 – 4600 ybp on the Russian Plain as speakersof Indo-European language(s). DNA genealogy has confirmed that haplogroup R1aarrived in India as the legendary Aryans around 3500 ybp; even today nearly 72%of some Indian upper castes are R1a bearers (Sharma et al., 2009).

The suggestion of the Anatolian hypothesis that Tocharian languages were not part of the Balkan linguistic advergence area is conditionally supported by DNA genealogy. According to Gray and Atkinson (2003), the Tocharian languages were an archaic branch, which arose around 7900 ybp, and were spoken by R1a populations in the Tarim basin.

Based on the dating of the Tocharian language and the relatively highlinguistic distance of Tocharian A and B from the other IE languages(Tomezzoli & Kreutz, 2011), it is unlikely that the protoTocharians migrated westward to Europe and the Russian Plain with the proto-Aryans (R1a),and then moved back to the Tarim Basin. It is more likely that theproto-Tocharians migrated from the Altai region of north China to the nearbyTarim basin and remained there (never going to Europe), forming the autochthonous R1a peoples of Central Asia.

The Anatolian hypothesis groups these Tocharians rather superficially with Europeans (Li et al., 2010), without any DNA justification—their haplotypes were not even reported for a comparison with European R1a haplotypes. It is not enough to consider Tocharians as Europeans on the basis of their somatic features and their clothing which, in 4000 ybp, looked like Scottish plaid. In fact, plaiding techniques could equally well have been brought to Europe by R1atribes from the Altai and Central Asia. Still, there is some room for the Tocharian languages to be considered as derivatives of the archaic European R1alanguages of the IE family. Tocharian is possibly an ancient Centum branch. Inthat case, we have to admit that Gray and Atkinson’s (2003) estimate of their appearance (7900 ybp) should be reduced at least to around 6000 ybp. Thereshould also be a recognition of an earlier migration (between 6000 – 5500 ybp)of R1a bearers from Europe to the Altai region, and theirpossible contributions to the Afanasyevo archaeological culture and perhaps to the Centum Tocharian languages in the area, including the Tarimbasin.

This concept is verifiable; if Afanasyevo bones not too far away from the Tarim basin are dated at least 5000 ybp and are shown to belong to the R1a-Z93 subclade, the case for a migration of R1a from Europe tothe Tarim basin will be well supported.

DNA genealogy data disallows Anatolia as the homeland f PIE and IE languages.

DNA records show that these languages had no specific homelands—R1a bearers migrated over thousands of miles during the course of thousands of years. No archaeological site can be possibly identified as a location in which IE split into branches—the branching of IE was a continuous process of divergence and convergence over millennia. According to DNA genealogy data (see Figure 1), the predecessors of those who spoke PIE languages might have migrated 50,000 ybp or earlier from the unknown birthplace of the β-haplogroup. The birthplace might have been in Europe, the Russian Plain, or south Siberia (where they arrived between 40,000 – 35,000 ybp). Much later, sometime after 20,000 ybp, they migrated westward along with the R1ahaplogroup via Anatolia, to the Balkans, to the Russian Plain and Pontic steppes, to the Middle East, Middle Asia, the Iranian plateau, the Ural mountains, Hindustan, South Siberia (again), North China, and Mongolia. All of these locations are migrational passing points and not homelands for the predecessors of the IE languages."

"Root," "Radicle" & "Rhizome" are terms from the biological sciences, which, when grafted onto the human dimension, work surprisingly well to describe certain rhythmic propulsions in history, as well as processes of the economic kind.  One such source of worthy critical analysis is that of Deleuze and Guattari, authors of 'A Thousand Plateaus: Capitalism and Schizophrenia.' Although caught up in the late C20th milieu of Marxist materialist dogma, as well as Freudian fictions, nevertheless there are parts of their work where the authors shine a light on the important psycho-biological differences between the two poles of what is -geographically - the one huge continent of "Asia"... "Europe" being a smallish protrusion from the western extreme of it.

In Penthesilea, Achilles is already separated from his power: the war machine has passed over to the Amazons, a Stateless woman-people whose justice, religion, and loves are organized uniquely in a war mode.Descendants of the Scythians, the Amazons spring forth like lightning,"between" the two States, the Greek and the Trojan. They sweep away everything in their path. Achilles is brought before his double, Penthesilea. And in his ambiguous struggle, Achilles is unable to prevent himself from marrying the war machine, or from loving Penthesilea, and thus from betraying Agamemnon and Ulysses at the same time. Nevertheless, he already belongs enough to the Greek State that Penthesilea, for her part, cannot enter the passional relation of war with him without herself betraying the collective law of the people, the law of the pack that prohibits "choosing" the enemy and entering into one-to-one relationships or binary distinctions.

*A reliquary (also referred to as a shrine or by the French term châsse) is a container for relics. These may be the purported or actual physical remains of saints, such as bones, pieces of clothing, or some object associated with saints or other religious figures. The authenticity of any given relic is often a matter of debate; for that reason, some churches require documentation of the relic's provenance.
Relics have long been important to Buddhists, Christians, Hindus and many others.

Since the decline of outright "Empire" as the dominant model of both political ambition and financial fortune, the "nation state" has figured in the lexicon of political discourse as the primary form by which humankind organizes into territorial structure and economic form.

As such, the concept it implies - of 'states,' - be they republics, dominions, principalities or kingdoms - governing by means of a sovereignty granted via vote franchise, inherited bloodlines, or ideological sleight of hand, has remained a sacrosanct principal of so-called 'political science.' To call into question the idea of the "nation state," therefore, is to equally challenge the notion of 'political science' itself!
I propose to do both on these pages.

If such a plan should appear a mere tilt at windmills, the proposition can be defended in a clear and simple manner. If nation states of whatever form were truly 'sovereign,' then inevitably their form of currency and means of exchange would reflect that status. Yet even the most casual inspection of the field - both present and past - shows that they do not, and seldom ever have! Whether large or small, 'reserve currency' or mere local script, the power of putative nation states to control their own financial destinies has long been rendered a fiction, by flows of capital which move internationally without regard of state policies, policing, or preference.

Even in the case of putative 'superpower' states with huge economic and military clout, the fiction of sovereign power is dispelled instantly upon close inspection. A 'central bank,' for instance, owned by a consortium of money houses corporately based outside the jurisdiction and control of the entity known to us as the "United States of America" disqualifies by definition the notion of national sovereignty on all but the conceptual plane.

Neither the presence of placeholder authorities nor administrative titles with wide powers assigned them can keep the fiction from falling to pieces. Equally, an entity known as the "City of London" with charter that disentangles its operations from any oversight or control from the putative 'nation state' where it operates, puts paid to whatever meaning 'sovereign nation state' implies. Were it otherwise, modern history, as well as that of the distant past, would look quite different.

All of which is quite well known to large numbers of people, and I don't propose it as anything new or insightful. What makes the recounting worthwhile is the question it leads to in logical sequence. If national entities of whatever kind have no real economic 'independence' from the financial forces which control flows of capital - and thus - countries, why do we continue believing in their fictional powers and status? Entertaining that question is the first step to penetrating the veil of mystery which hangs over the deeper question which will drive our enquiries here: why, in light of so much putative 'progress' of the economic, technologic and scientific kind, has humankind collectively staggered from crisis to crisis, war to war, the stakes and danger of total annilation growing with each cycle? Why is the pattern of that cycle so repetitive - if, as it is said - history only rhythms but not repeats?

Now that we've reached the point of defining our purpose here - which is to search out the real answers to the questions just posed - I'd like to begin by noting that it is an investigation which has been done by others before us, with results which are as interesting for the fact that their conclusions remain almost totally obscure & unknown, as for the conclusions themselves. To be successful detectives, in other words, we must examine both the data to hand, and the matter of its broadcast, or lack thereof! If conclusions drawn from wide ranging sources, collated and analysed in objective and empiric fashion, fail to find any outlet in the orthodox fields of social science or medias of communication - there must be a reason. And it just could be one covert enough to be susceptible of being termed a "conspiracy," in form or effect. If the true course of our political and social 'evolutions' on this planet remains hidden from inspection, the motive of those responsible for such a smudging of the record must indeed be 'suspect.'

Having inserted in the last paragraph, a couple of terms which can only be understood as allusions to the presence of 'crimes' of one sort or another, I'd like to move directly to the matter of who it is who has gone before us in this territory. One of them, of C19th provenance, actually titled one of his many books regarding our field of enquiry "A History of Monetary Crimes." The second author - perhaps less blunt, but more focused - named his major work "The Babylonian Woe." The third member of our 'triad' of greatness is entirely more obscure in both his titling and his conclusions, yet ironically, at the end of the day of even more profoundly revealing in his revelations. Marshall McLuhan is not someone commonly thought of as either 'revolutionary' nor radical. His deep conservatism and erudite scholasticism would seem to militate against either description. Yet, it was McLuhan himself who said - "Only the traditionalist can be radical."  And such a succinct yet penetrating bon mot might well serve - as our guiding motto here! Non-aligned to any faction of ideology, political or religious persuasion, uninterested in the visions of 'environmentalists,' 'new agers,' 'old-timers,' equally, or trendy fashions in the intellectual world, this author and the space he anchors here will be guided by the bright stars of past scholarship and integral visionaries -both known and unknown.'

Indeed, the previous steps in investigatory work which I myself have taken over the past decade ultimately came to bring me right up to some artificial boundaries which commonly stop a writer from going any further in such direction. After becoming a somewhat inadvertent witness to what I would later describe as the biggest mass public illusion since 911, I found myself wandering the highlands of ancient Anatolia with a dread presence of death so proximate as to make the skin crawl. Make no mistake – the ‘presence of death’ and the ‘presence of the dead’ are not to be confused. The latter quality is one which both invigorates and inspires my life; the former is something I dread as much as the next person. At any rate, it is the boundaries tween life and death which I bumped up against – as described in this story from the old platform – Anatolia Calling – The TERROR STATE Has Arrived!

After spending some time wandering the liminal passages between the two, I returned to the present dimension with a greatly heightened sense of both – and an amazement at how the things I’d only read about of the distant practices and patterns of the ancestors had suddenly entered my life with a resounding ‘reality.’ This would not only ground me in a further responsive and open frame for my investigative historical work, but make clear connections between myself and others on both sides of that no longer solid boundary which had eluded full consciousness before!

What could be more helpful to the student of the past than the denizens of the past come up to the margins of the present, in shadowy but ‘hyperreal’ form which ritualizes the mundane with a scent of the sacred? Here, where the distant past in literally strewn around on all sides, invisible in plain sight, the presence of the past is as visceral as one wishes it to be. And most wish it to be not at all, for fear of what could be revealed through the too direct contact with the real! “Real” terror I personally find to be more available in the immediate present of our collective ‘post-reality’ epoch, when medias manipulate storylines, governments manipulate weather, as well as poison their citizens, and counting houses manipulate financial reality with regularity. The terrors of the past are small compared to those contemporary monsters. Well then....

Though our trio of trail guides seems hardly the stuff from which empires of orthodoxy get upended, or our notions of history radically revised, by the end of our excursion together here, both those accolades will seem suitable to apply towards them. An exegesis of the fields of history and socio-economics is the device which we will use to bring that end about, fearing not for the 'obscurity' of our sources, nor their unorthodoxy of precis. It is the very failure of orthodox historiography, of the 'social sciences' as a whole, to shed more light on our past than they hide which present us with our chance.

McLuhans "The Place of Thomas Nashe in the Learning of His Time," his PHD thesis finished in 1943 and as a history of “The Trivium,” one of the epochal works of own time, likewise seems a tome unlikely to ignite dynamite under established order of things. Yet its own bizarre history – a pinnacle of creative achievement in the English language, of which his thesis advisor, F.P. Wilson, chair of the English Department at the University of London said: “I learned more from that thesis, than from anything else I’ve read in my lifetime,” is seminal to our entire story here. One of the most well know – and well regarded – public intellectuals of his time, an author whose publisher had sold literally hundreds of thousands of copies of his books worldwide, never found a publisher for what was arguably his most important work! At the height of his fame, McLuhan was suddenly shut out of the literary world, by a cabal of publishers whose identity and allegiances we will KEENLY pursue.
And note, in passing, how they correspond with the motives and allegiances of the chief characters behind the scenes of the works of our other two authorial guides. We have fallen into a cultural war as deadly to our continued existence as a people, as any military war could be. Yet the enemy remains almost always concealed, and many of those who are most imperiled are complicit in that concealment.

This space marks the beginning of the end of that time in the shadows.... or is it the end of the beginning... of our return to claim our own history as the western peoples? We shall see. In closing off this preface, it’s worthy to remember the words of perhaps the greatest military strategist and leader the west has ever seen – at least since Alexander. Arthur, Duke of Wellington, the man who beat Napoleon, or led the troops more correctly, who would. After one of the worst of the Penninsular War battles which marked his rise to full heights of generalship, he is recorded as saying, “A hard pounding, gentlemen. Let us see who pounds the longest.”
Yunus E by Yunus E @

“The Greeks had become aware of their own identity as separate from that of the "Orient" when they succeeded in repelling the attacks of the Persian empire. But not until much later, during the crusades, did the concept and the term Orient actually enter the languages of the West.  This fact hardly explains why even today it should be difficult to undertake unprejudiced discussion of connections between classical Greece and the East. But whoever tries will encounter entrenched positions, uneasiness, apology if not resentment.

To a large extent this is the result of an intellectual development which began more than two centuries ago and took root especially in Germany. Increasing specialization of scholarship converged with ideological protectionism, and both constructed an image of a pure, classical Greece in splendid isolation. Until well into the eighteenth century, as long as philology was closely connected with theology, the Hebrew Bible naturally stood next to the Greek classics, and the existence of cross-connections did not present any problems. Jephtha's daughter and Iphigenia were interchangeable models even in the realm of opera; Iapetos was traced to Japheth, the Kabeiroi to a Semitic designation for "great gods," and the "East" was found in the name of Kadmos the Phoenician, the "West" in the name of Europa.  In accordance with the Odyssey and Herodotus, "Phoenicians" were readily accepted as the link between East and West.

Then three new trends erected their own boundaries and collectively fractured the Orient-Greece axis.

Philology broke free of theology-Friedrich August Wolf matriculated as studiosus philologiae at Gottingen in 1777"-and at the same time, with Johann Joachim Winckelmann, a new concept of classicism, one with rather pagan tendencies, asserted itself and came to attract high regard.

Second, beginning with the work of Johann Gottfried Herder, the ideology of romantic nationalism developed, which held literature and spiritual culture to be intimately connected with an individual people, tribe, or race. Origins and organic development rather than reciprocal cultural influences became the key to understanding. In his reaction to Friedrich Creuzer's more universal model, Carl Otfried Muller gained considerable influence with his idea of "Greek tribal culture."

Precisely at the time when Jews were being granted full legal equality in Europe, national-romantic consciousness turned the trend against "orientalism" and thus gave anti-Semitism a chance. Third, linguistics scholars' discovery of "IndoEuropean"-the derivation of most European languages together with Persian and Sanskrit from a common archetype-at that time reinforced the alliance of Greek, Roman, and Germanic and thus banished the Semitic to another world.

It remained to defend the independence of the Greeks against the Indian relatives within the Indo-European family in order to establish the concept of classical-national Greek identity as a self-contained and self-sufficient model of civilization which, at least in Germany, was to dominate the later nineteenth century.  Ulrich von Wilamowitz-Moellendorff's scornful assessment in 1884-"the peoples and states of the Semites and the Egyptians which had been decaying for centuries and which, in spite of the antiquity of their culture, were unable to contribute anything to the Hellenes other than a few manual skills, costumes, and implements of bad taste, antiquated ornaments, repulsive fetishes for even more repulsive fake divinities" -is not representative of his work; but even later he maintained that the spirit of late antiquity stemmed "from the Orient and is the deadly enemy of true Hellenism."

With this piece - and its companion, published together, we close out a wonderful three year interval of steady progress on the old platform -

Swept Away - Convention Bows Out - As "Out of the Altaic" Arrives

We're OFF! On the way to a new platform ... we take one last look at the landscape - and Orthodox academics go the way of their journalistic confreres - We sweep the decks, for the arrival of fresher thinking

So reads the subtitle of my last posting on the old storify platform -  and here begins that same story on the new platform... as a bridge and introduction to where we go from here!

In the fall of 2016, when what began as a single, one off foray back into the benighted world of "journalism" ... sprouted instead into the 13 sections of a saga in which we
Thumbnail for GOLD FOR OIL - OIL FOR BLOOD: Part One

ran the voodoo down, back to the very beginnings of our time here together -

Thumbnail for The Devious Dervishes of Banking: Part One
The Devious Dervishes of Banking: Part One

The Devious Dervishes of Turkish Banking: part two

I was under no illusion that the treatment it would receive from the complicit medias would be any different that that which my previous, uniquely accurate and first hand investigative work - about the phony "Coup" of earlier that year - had received. Knowledge of the complete embargo placed upon all this rouge writer's reports spared me from any sense of worry - or hurry - about the pace of work at which the pieces would all be slid, one by one, into place.

Some must have wondered, once that vaunted and long-delayed "trial of the century" in New York - which served as centerpiece of our series - finally began at the tail end of the year which followed... what had caused me to hold my guns, till now. The accrued patience and discipline of the skilled hunter was what kept me silent and alert knowing that my prey must at last expose itself to view. AND NOW ... we are there, at long last!

True to my word, as of our last intersection here, I've been making the preliminary preparations for the long put off book project, primarily by trying out various platforms - knowing that this STORIFY one will soon be ending - on which to place the old material, and to proceed with the new. To which end, I cannot say there's been any great measure of success achieved yet! No totally suitable internet vehicle for what I have in mind appear to yet exist - none may ever exist! However, I not only remain confident a solution will appear, I am amazed at the manner in which the concordance of current events with the themes central to my previous examinations will allow for a seamless integration of old and new!

Which is to say - the strange sequence of seemingly 'random' life experiences which left me positioned by fate to both witness the unfolding of the grand psyop which is prelude to the talmudist takedown of the west, and to be both able and willing to trace the roots of that grand design of deceit back into the shadows of time, has 'up the ante' by leaving this anonymous writer possessed of the very details of the script by which all this plays out! Details which I believe the time has now come to enunciate in full. As I have gotten more and more comfortable in searching out - and using - my own 'style,' and less and less concerned with 'popular acceptance' of the results, the need to stay within the strictures of 'orthodox' journalism has been of lessening concern to me.

It may, however, be of value in the introduction of the book project to the world at large, to make one last return to the traditional form as a bridge between the two. With that in mind, I now begin work on the followup to "GOLD FOR OIL - OIL FOR BLOOD" as an interim project tying old and new together.
What remained hidden to my eyes at the time of the DEVIOUS DERVISH series has now indeed been flushed into the open - what remains to be told will be the biggest story of our young millennium, so far. It's purely fate that this ink-stained wretch is destined to tell it! In the face of a remarkable and uniform resistance to that telling - on the part of ALL medias - tell it I intend to! It is time, at last. It will be just as integral to that story to detail the manner of that media deception as the story itself.
With the help of media dissimulators such as this one:

Turks Just Bought The Most Gold Ever As Lira Tumbles

we are well disposed to take care of that. To be sure, it will be my special pleasure to melt down the pyramids of lies upon which they, and other 'fake news' outlets have hung their shingles, in the acid bath of truth in media. I'm not even sure where and when it will be presented. That part can be trusted to take care of itself, in the mysterious & synchronous manner which has proven itself a reliable friend in the past!

Beyond Occidental Historiography - The New/Old World without "the State"

After advancing beyond the boundaries of occidental historiography – finally and definitively - via the Khan Tengri stories - where do we know find ourselves? Wherever it is... the territory we have entered is FORBIDDEN. Some of the severest CENSURE which can be applied, is reserved for those who trouble the myths upon which the foundations of EMPIRES – east or west – are built. We're here to do exactly that.
The form which this censure takes can vary from being simply ignored – the common device by which kabbalists and fellow travelers in control of medias snuff out all voices alternative to their chosen narratives – or in other cases, ostracised as being ‘beyond countenance,’ such as is done with the work of those who choose to question the Holocaust Religion, by countering made up myth with inconvenient facts.
Getting to grips with the archaic monsters which our histories have become, in the hands of manipulators - "Minotaurs" - as I have referred to them in previous stories... is something probably best done from the fringes... of Empires, of intellectual orthodoxies, and of popular acceptance. When we left Anatolia and the muddled east recently, to ride into Dasht-i-Kipchak, and the mists of time, we arrived first to the "Pontic Steppes." That area of what is now disputed, between Russia and Ukrania, north of the Black and Aral Seas. A vast region, of which the history is also much disputed, and of much import to the real history of what came to be called "Europe." A place unlikely ever to look the same, once we are done with our investigations!

Thanks to our initial trail guide there - Murad Adji - it was quickly discovered that those who occupied that zone, far back in time, were much different in shape and character from the way that occidental history had portrayed them. "Barbarians" of the West calling the Peoples of the Altai "barbarians" of the East. Who was "civilized" and who was not became much more a contentious issue than before realized. How and when the religion we think of as "Christianity" came to the west also became newly contentious - as alternate explanations of it's antecedents and progenitors came to the fore
It might be easier if we introduce the Pontic Steppes, or Dasht-i-Kipchak into our new story here, by using a more familiar term to occidental ears - "The Wild Fields - as it became known as in the middle ages. The Wild Fields is how Europeans thought of steppe lands - and Steppe culture. But here we intersect with some other stories I wrote for this platform - stories which went almost unread... yet reveal much of essence to the bigger picture we seek! Back when the fighting over Donbass was at it's peak, I wondered why all of the media reportage about the events there were so skewed towards either Russo-phile or European narratives. These two stories from back then
What is hidden behind the “Novorossiya” story – and why?
The Mystery of the Missing Makhnovchina! More Suppressed History for the curious and unvaccinated mind! November 2014
    and the earlier

Makhnovchina – “The Free Territory” – Is history repeating in Ukraine?
June 2014 - first precis of the developing situation in Ukrania
both underscored my longstanding interest in 'stateless societies' and the doctrines of "Anarchism" which advanced them - as well as critiquing yet another mediatized effort on the part of opposing factions to represent the history of an area... in this case the Pontic Steppes... in false manner.

The story of the "Free Territory" of the anarchist militias led by Nestor Makhno during the years 1917-21 is almost hidden to view. Successful on the battlefield, in defeating both "RED" & "WHITE" forces of 'the STATE," these guerrilla fighters represented the last breath of free men in the zone which would become the killing fields of the Bolshevik-drive "Holomor" - a genocide dwarfing the supposed Jewish one in Europe a couple of decades later. Only with the Black Flag militias finally driven from the field - by the joint efforts of two otherwise implacable enemies against them... was it safe for the Sabbatean agents of Wall St to pursue there campaign to bring Russia - and Russians - to their knees. It's a story which is heavily censured - as was my commentary about it's missing place in the Donbass reportage - and for a very good reason. Contained within it is the truth about the phony opposites we have been dedicated to battling against on these pages. Another chapter wherein "Fakelore" censors real history.

But the simplest form of censor - and censure - is that within our own minds – minds which, having been formed around a series of interlocking explanations of who we are –and where we came from – are loath to entertain new notions about those identities and beginnings. Even above and beyond simple habit, itself a most powerful brake upon novel ideas, the wish within ourselves is to put aside the chore of relearning our identity and history –and get on with what we think of as ‘our lives!’ Why, implicitly one asks, reinvent the wheel?

Perhaps that’s as good a place to begin this story as any – since apparently the question of who did indeed invent the wheel – as well as the horse stirrup, iron making, precious metal devising, and key agricultural advancements such as the heavy iron plough is in need of immediate review, in light of what we’ve already discovered here! If, as it seems, those technological innovations came out of the far East, via the Altaic culture, we already far outside the boundaries of occidental renditions of the human voyage. And having passed that boundary, we are, as was the theme of the recent GOLD FOR OIL Part Ten, forced to realize that there is nothing for it but to GO ON!

And so we shall. Our new subject of study being a people and a culture almost totally erased from “history” as we are inducted into understanding the term, we must proceed as heretics to that “history,” seeking truths outlawed to others, and journeying to places off limits to the conventional mind. This is appropriate to the early pattern of work done on this platform – the joint themes of resistance to “STATIST” states of mind, and all programs which use hegemonies of religion, class, gender or ethnicity to define status in a given society!
And as it turns out, the formulations of 'stateless societies' which the occidental world came to think of as the doctrine of "Anarchism" are of deeper and richer antec than any western ideology by that name or any other. The roots of 'anarchism' are in the far eastern world of nomadic riders and pastoralist societies unwilling to suffer the organized terror of centralized rule!

“Heretical” notions of social organization NOT based upon those mentioned divisions, having already become the norm on these pages, we are at least going to see some familiar flora and fauna in our new and strange territories of the mind. The stories about Mahknov and his Free Territory were prologue to our examination of very very old "Free Territories" and the peoples who lived in them... and hopefully, to their recreation some day soon, as polities of the present era, where people are again free to live outside the askance of "STATE" and 'statists!"

TOPRAK VE TURNA: Self Governance & the middle eastern map
And we could not begin with a ‘heritical’ look at the hidden past without referencing the hidden implications of the term itself! As implied in several past stories here – Her/ Story, as opposed to His /Story, is a parallel, sometimes competing and conflicting discipline, only in the beginning stages of even being considered possible to write. But written it shall be here,to the extent it concerns our bigger picture storyline! It’s no accident that the Greeks, among others, drew their picture of the fabled “Amazons” from the outlines visible to them in the form of “Scythian” women warriors, fearsome mounted females as adept with bow and spear as any male. Anymore than it’s an accident of \history\ that the Scythians themselves have been falsely attributed ethnic identities which remove them from their heritage as part of the Turkic world of the Altai, to misplace them amongst Iranians and the like.

The handing over – by default – of all study of “Herstory”to self-identified “third wave Feminists of the western world has truncated, rather than deepened in some ways our understanding of the roles and identities of women in past erasof the human adventure. No less hampered by preconceptions, ideologies and subjectivities than the male researcher, most of these parties have hamstrung themselves - willingly or inadvertently – by adopting the historiological methodologies and baggage of occidental pseudo-sciences.Their accounts of the past, perforce, ring no more true than those of the complicit academics and scribes of the male persuasion.

That said, there are of course, some priceless exceptions to that dross – whom we must call upon for assistance in guiding us along unknown sections of our trail. I’m particularly indebted to the work of Sîan Melville Hawthorne, in that regard, for providing in her thesis to School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London = ORIGINS, GENEALOGIES, AND THE POLITICS OF IDENTITY: TOWARDS A FEMINIST PHILOSOPHY OF MYTH, a suitable backdrop for a heretical study of Eurasian history.

"Plato’s prioritisation of reason (logos) sought discursively to inscribe its authority through what Foucault suggests was a ‘delimitation of a field of objects’—that is, the exclusion of muthos from the scene of reason—by defining a singularly ‘legitimate perspective for the agent of knowledge and the fixing of norms for the elaboration of concepts and theories’, namely logos. Plato did this by aligning logos with truth and muthos with superstition and falsity'"

The logos as a tool of phallic hegemonism fused with the power of mythos to muddle the facts of past eras. Can either be redeemed and redeployed as tools useful to our investigations? Or stripped of their gender-based connotations?

Much like my own here, her work focuses upon the “myths of origin” and the politics of identity, though more from a gender perspective than the ethno-religious frame I prefer to employ. The two are complementary however, insofar as the discussion in both methods is built around the issue of Power – as a social device for building wealth, status and influence on behalf of a caste or group – at the expense of others! A heretical viewer of \history\must look for the ever-present dynamic of that device in all the data they put under review… as well as be willing and able to dissect narratives and descriptions with the intent of finding the coverups, rationalisations, and false witnessing endemic to the the History Industry.

But where a writer coming out of the ‘fin de millennium’ era like Hawthorne leans heavily upon sources such as Foucault, Kristeva, and post-modernist intellectuals for support, we must forgo such influences, being of a different cast of investigator like Dupin, able to visualize "that which has never happened before, and place it in harmony with that which has repeatedly occurred. Not for us, the leavenings of a dying western intellectual culture, compromised in intent and execution by the kind of kabbalist campaign of deadly influence I described in the story Musings. We of the ‘post western’ world abuilding will find our inspirations from minds as likewise unlinked to the hidden hand of “history” writing.

And now, for those very few still willing to follow along this new course of travel - and engage in the heavy lifting of re-examination of one's core assumptions about many things - I must further try your patience with some methodological notes here, before we go on. For this is indeed the place which was predicated in last summers' SYRIAN ENDGAME: Shifting Sands and Political Stands - Texas Holdem Near East Style

which began as a synopsis of the geopolitical situation in the muddled east, as of the end of June 2016 - announcing the successful Russo-Sraeli coup against the Erdogan regime. And then became something much different. Written on the cusp of the phony coup of July 15 - and then finished in it's aftermath, the story straddles not just that huge divide in political chronology, but also the personal witnessing to the advent of a programmatic imposition of 'STATE TERROR' as impacting one committed to both witnessing to its' arrival, and staying free of it's effects. But buried in what became a very long and drawn out text was another important announcement - the arrival of the new/old form of "neo-journalism" which would guide all stories subsequent to it. Bouncing between my preferred role of historical chronicler and the imposed one of on the scene reporter, I would from that point on by necessity have to integrate the two into a unitary form of writing about a present which was repeating the formulas of a distant - unreported - past.

By the fall, exhausted and indeed - terrorized - I had sworn off of the reporting of 'current events' in despair, and began a tenuous embarkation upon musings which would be considered 'out there' by most readers. And myself, for a while. Then, with the need to get caught up with the Reza Zarrab case - which I now recognized to be "the Bomb" - I plunged back into the reporters' role.... and wound up stymied for months in both facing increased censorship and the difficulties of integrating my two "personas" into one coherent style. Now... at last... it's come together beautifully! Not only do I feel at last united in myself, but the way forward in writing about my chosen theme - and, it has become clear to me - what will be my life's work... has become clear. For the first time.

I'm excited, energized... and at the same time aware of the consequences of following through on this new trajectory. When I wrote, in Syrian Endgame -

"Ironically, having virtually no audience, & no access to the usual social media to gain one,[this story explains to readers interested why I cannot use the twitter and like media] as well as no possible interest in being bought off/out, blackmailed or bullied in the now usual manner, has left me free to adhere to the now forgotten ethos of a almost extinguished craft of journalism. And therefore, free to present "the news" which is now an unwanted component of a media machine dedicated to producing it's hollow imitation.
Burdened, in other words by neither thoughts of reward or punishment, I write what I choose, in manner suitable to evoke the memory of those giants of the craft whose legacy I admire most. This form of 'neo-journalism,' while having roots in the very western world tradition of the muckraker, takes liberty with that format by adding to it the essentially eastern world device of the raconteur/the diarist/storyteller, as evinced in works as diverse in outline as Herodotus' "Histories," Celebi's "Narrative of Travel," or the famous Baburnama - diary of the founder of the Mughal Empire" I was already aware that this new form of journalism as travel through time would be long in finding an audience. Perhaps longer than I would have left to complete my mission.

But now I'm charged with the necessary relief from doubt to be able to plunge ahead - readership or no readership. And I often find myself thinking of the example of the amazing Afrikan Spir these days - a man whose very name (yes that's a real name of a real person!) conjures up mystery and conflicted impressions both. His legacy of obscurity may indeed end up being my own... but what company I would be keeping!

Since it's pretty clear by now that this story, like Endgame before it, is going to be full of diversions and sidetrips ... I might as well get on with the African Spir diversion. Ha ha ha!

Afrikan Aleksandrovich Špir(15 November 1837 – 26 March 1890 was a Russian Neo-Kantian philosopher of Greek-German descent who wrote primarily in German. His book Denken und Wirklichkeit (Thought and Reality) exerted a "lasting impact" on the writings of Friedrich Nietzsche. (Wikipedia)
Most appropriate to our theme in this series - "Greek-German" descent. Perfect in fact. Similar to my own strange blending of ethnicity, the man's genetic heritage and both his born and chosen locations of living straddle the boundaries of the areas we are traveling through! Even his influence pon the German philosopher who would become so much better known than himself rings true to our movement through time and space here - the Anaximander series of 2015 was redolent with Nietzsche's work and the implications of his misinterpretations of near eastern history for western civilizations narrative about it's own beginnings.

If forced to pigeonhole myself as the follower, or inheritor of any one man's legacy, in the 'transmigratory' sense of unconscious emulation - it would likely be Spir, whose intellectual eccentricity would leave him outside the accepted spheres of public knowledge and occidental influence. And yet a giant in the tradition of Thales and Anaximander themselves! And while in no way seeking to place myself any where's near the league of Spir at any point in his career, this quote of his -

The doctrine expounded by me is the true one, but I am not its author. I have only been, so to speak, the soil in which it has germinated and has developed itself with an extreme slowness in the course of long years. Also there has never been such a disproportion between the man and his work than in my case, and what is the saddest is that one has to suffer because of the incapacity and the weakness of the other. A man more capable than me, possessing this doctrine, would already have stirred the world.

rings true to what I believe are the implications of the work we have embarked upon here - work I seem fated to undertake, in the absence of any of greater abilities picking up the reins - which suffers only from the deficient powers of my own rather than any intrinsic to itself! I truly believe the study of our theme(s) here undertaken will indeed - change history - eventually! We'll have cause to return to Afrikan Spir, before long - for now, let's just mark the name as a reminder of the synchronicities which have marked out the path here so far. And I'll end this diversion with another quote from Endgame -

All of which were written with the widest scope of interest in the Middle Eastern world as a whole, whilst attending to detail at the minutest local level, and apprising via innumerable vignettes and remembrances, insight of astonishing importance to our understanding of those past times. Such personalized recounting takes us directly back to a more true - and comprehensive meaning of the term 'journalism' in contrast to what the term is commonly understood today to involve.

as witnessing to the way in which past and present characters - just like S
pir and myself - must be woven together in the texture of this story. For we are ALL actors in it!
If it's "the STATE" in all it's manifestations which concerns us here in ongoing manner, that's likely because the functioning of societies outside of "state" structures is an example of that which is "forbidden." The very proposal that people can function collectively outside of these centralized structures is treated derisively by 'serious scholars' - for whom the absence of such organization perforce means "barbarity," "chaos," or "anarchy."

As it happens, lack of "state" mindedness was a keystone of the Turkic world. We view the long history of their wanderings as not just the legacy of pastoralists in pursuit of new grazing, but also as the record of peoples free to move as they desire - free of the dictates of states which prefer individuals bonded to one - easily taxed and controllable locale, in other words! If nomadism is equated with barbarism, or lack of culture, that may be due to errors of judgement on the part of those doing the gathering of history, more than product of any trenchant facts.

The gathering of 'facts' and the gathering of 'history,' as it turns out, are not one and the same thing. Academics zealously - and jealously - guard the gates of "disciplines" such as history in the same manner that priests guard the precincts to our spiritual connections to the universe at large. Both are organized rackets which work in tandem even sometimes - with the aim of both monopolizing their respective 'territories' and of ostracizing those who would dare challenge their right to do so. Hidden behind the pretenses of the so-called 'social' "sciences" is a largely subjective body of work which reflects more the prejudices and paymasters of those who 'study' the humanities than any collation of objective facts. You can collect any manner or number of dry weight facts, without coming a whit closer to having a factual account of 'history' to show for it - as all facts must be subject to 'interpretation;' which is where the mischief enters - mis-interpretation of facts being the hallmark of the hallmark of occidental systems of knowledge gathering. Here again, I must return to Syrian Endgame, to state the case - starting with a quote from Gilad Atzmon:
"“Rather less attention has been paid to the curious appointment of two historians (which seems a lot, out of a total of five), both strong supporters of Tony Blair and/or the Iraq war. In December 2004 Sir Martin Gilbert, while pointing out that the "war on terror" was not a third world war, wrote that Bush and Blair "may well, with the passage of time and the opening of the archives, join the ranks of Roosevelt and Churchill" – an eccentric opinion that would seem to rule him out as a member of the committee. Sir Lawrence Freedman is the reputed architect of the "Blair doctrine" of humanitarian intervention, which was invoked in Kosovo and Afghanistan as well as Iraq.

Both Gilbert and Freedman are Jewish, and Gilbert at least has a record of active support for Zionism. Such facts are not usually mentioned in the mainstream British and American media, but The Jewish Chronicle and the Israeli media have no such inhibitions, and the Arabic media both in London and in the region are usually not far behind.”

and then my summation of the implications of his indictment of the "historian" caste:

"All of which points not just to the sadly diminished state of modern "scholarship" - clearly now nothing more than a useful component in a gigantic media machine built to forge an irreality out of the previous bedrock of reality on which history needs sit, but also to the complete lack of oversight on the part of a 'journalistic' community which - heretofore - would have jumped all over such obvious mistruth, distortion and mendacity. Alternative or mainstream, in other words, there is no real critical eye anymore which casts it's gaze over events and their players with the aim of returning us all to 'the real story.'"

Like Spir himself, I've purposely avoided all academic 'credentializing,' staying outside of the world of complicit "scholarship" and intellectual mafiyas. i don't rely upon such, and frankly, don't need it. I've acquired a talent for sniffing out facts and then turning them into real chronicles of history - and I'm ready to use those intellectual muscles to the max at last. The long delayed start to a book form of this meandering investigation may at last be approaching - a preliminary look in at that project a couple of years back _
Has Europe Begun It's "Final Descent?" (with image) • SuaveBel
put on hold by the exigencies of a rapidly developing geopolitical storyline which forced me out of journalistic retirement - and into the saddle of a horse with no name - but of fiery character! That freezing of a beginning book project was a good call at the time - as the frame of reporter took priority - but the fruits of that passage of time in the journalistic trenches now return in the form of a renewed opportunity to get on with that delayed task. In fact the happy co-joining of past and present perspectives under one 'neo-journalistic' umbrella is something I bore witness to recently in the story
Physis and Techne - Resolution of False Dichotomies (with images) • SuaveBel
"For if anything needs be highlighted about the world view held by the parties most responsible for the turmoil, bloodshed, and fear that stalks the middle eastern lands, it would be the eschatological leanings embedded there. Stories such as "Creative Destruction" - the Millenarianist Agenda"

have indicated the manner in which the ideologies of all the various factions supposedly opposing each other in the middle east - the Sionist, the Islamist, the "Christian-Zionism" of the neo-lib/neo-con, even portions of the Orthodox Russian factions or the Iranian Shia - all are united in the description of millenarianism I have identified as the marker of the modern madman... the psychotic personality driven by their hatred and fear of 'the other' to imagine a world rid of all save those identical to themselves! The prescription for such a terrifying and maniacal vision is always the same in essence - imposition, by means of the Terror State, of a furious "cleansing." A "blood sacrifice" type of cleansing by the STATE in it's theocratic function as Deity and Law Giver purges the society of the opposition to it's totalitarian mandate."
Nothing could more clearly bring into focus the relevance of past history and present events that that passage! The "State" and it's religious trappings are a unity of TERROR, both now and in the past. Then, slipping back in the present for a moment -
review the reality/irreality of the TERROR STATE mentality we are living with daily now in Anatolia:
Thumbnail for Erdoğan guard threatens woman with rape on social media | Turkish Minute
Erdoğan guard threatens woman with rape on social media | Turkish Minute
yet another chilling reminder that those who imagine any great degree of separation between the barbarities of past states and those of the present are guilty of fictionalising the facts. Evil is the thread which winds constantly through the historical narrative! As in - the evil men doeth - to others! Which should make crystal clear the relevance of this other passage from Physis and Techne:
But getting back to Heidegger, and the real purpose of all historical enquiry - to know ourselves- 'Thinking out;' 'from being itself', 'the essence of history.' You don't see a putting together of words with a heft such as that very often in these days of lightweight, "disposable" thinking and writing! But what does that have to do with 'journalism?' one can well ask. Quite a bit, as it turns out! There is, you see, an increasing divide between those tangible elements of life and living, and the plethora of virtual intimations of a pseudo life and living which reach, and tempt us, via the communication devices, the media organs and the incessant disorientation of our senses which living anywhere in the modern world involves. All of which is prelude to reminding the reader of what was brought forwards in the story here ALL FALL DOWN - Mapping the "hyperreality" of false flag dissimulation

    • But of course, it’s not only in the areas of gender relations or ethnic frictions where the issue of power relations comes into play. The religious component ofthe dynamic in the muddled east – where wars over territory and booty are driven by religious factionalism as much as intra-state aggression – has long been a prime exemplification of the way “power” – in the sense of vital human energies endemic to all of our species - are sequestered and distorted by cliques– usually male – who use cultural narratives to vampirize followers and/or subject populations.

When we discuss the little understood tradition of Tengri as a religion of the Altaic peoples, and possible progenitor of both Christianity and Buddhism, there’s little reason – at the outset – to suppose it to be much different in structure and intent from other, better known patrilinear, patriarchal traditions. Yet examples present right into this moment demonstrate the possibility of there having been alternate social relations built into in from far back! As shown in the story “When We Dance, the Earth Will Shake” the Alevi tradition alive in Anatolia still today is an egalitarian one in which men and women harmonious participate without hierarchy, and respect and tolerance for ‘the other’ is central to the theology. It’s roots being firmly planted in the soil of Tengri tradition, it’s hard not to imagine an unbroken stream of non-hierarchal spiritual teachings being the source of this religion of tolerance, which traveled to Anatolia with the Turkic invasion!
It’s consistent with what Murad Adji writes:

The churches of the Caucasus, which, together with Kipchaks remain faithful to the God, maintained some connections with the Türks. In essence, that was what was once was called the Eastern Church.
Tengrianism was distinguished by freedom, it did not have the administration like the Papacy. In the Eastern tradition, critical issues were resolved in "circle", at the councils which were called up as necessary. The Türks did not administer their spiritual lives, their custom was different. And this was their minus, relying on God, they blundered themselves. The Türkic clergy seemed have forgotten that the Europe for them was a "stranger monastery", where ruled "its own canon"! The Türks there also were behind because of their conservatism and boundless stubbornness.

A weakness of Tengrianism turned out even in that that in contrast with the Western church, where services were conducted in Latin, it used the local languages. The desire to have the service understandable turned into a disaster, was brought division that led to disunity, divided flock into national areas and states. In other words, the Spiritual Institute of the Great Steppe was scattering, it has never been unified, monolithic ... And that also was taken as arms by the Vatican. The Papal intelligence worked brilliantly.
Encountering the European culture, Tengrianism suffered damage because of its lack of organization. The Europe really had its customs and rules. From that followed vulnerability.
The West did not accept the freedom of spirit of the Great Steppe, did not tolerate it in their clergy. Their views on culture and values it first displayed at the 325 AD Council of Nicaea, and then at 451 AD Council of Chalcedon. There, the church was formed primarily as an organization!
The Greeks figured out that the Türks would not take a role of a head of the Christian Church, that became the Byzantine emperor Constantine, and not the Türk to whom Constantine was paying tribute! In Rome, up to the 9th century too, the Christian Church was ruled by an emperor. And in the Dasht-i-Kipchak that did not exist, never! The Türkic Khans never conceived about a power over the Church, which was understood as power over God. The Khans simply were not admitted to the solution of the church affairs. The secular and religious in the Great Steppe each lived their own lives.
that we might develop this picture of a non-hierarchal, localized and unadministered spiritual tradition, which, it can be argued, might even have ‘evolved’ out of the original centrality of the feminine to it’s structure – there are historical evidence of the Altaic peoples – just as with the Hebrews – having female shamans, priestesses and diviners long before males were allowed to usurp those functions. So a less complete cooptation oforignally female roles could possibility explain the difference which still exists between the rigidly male Abrahamic religious hierarchies and the remaining vestiges of “Tengriansim” in its Alevi form.

Structure and rigidity are males formulations – biologically dictated one could add! But taken to the extreme, they are pathological developments of social mal-adaptation and psychosis. Our present societies seem to have those phenomena in over-abundance! Always the quest for an elusive middle ground where flexibility and rigidness cohabitate can be undertaken.
Finally - drawn from one story I regret having tarried so long in completing and then neglecting to present to it's potential readership -
Mixed Sentiments - pt 3 - of The Myth of Capital (with images) • SuaveBel
"Thus, the core argument of this series is not to be found in the quibbling over what means are to be employed for a rebalancing of society, what measures must be taken to retrieve the occidental economies from their perilous state, or even what devices should be sought by individuals seeking to protect themselves from the inevitable consequence of this systemic pursuit of the irrational. Instead of such advocacy, the desire driving me to examine the myth of capital is to simply provide an epitaph by which this doomed occidental civilization can be properly understood in retrospect. A reprise, in other words, of ‘a civilization and its discontents’… not to cure, but to properly bury… so as to create the conditions for moving on. Join me, if you choose, as I carry on with the journey, through time out of mind, in pursuit of what comes next, and what has gone before."

The mounted horsemen of the Black Flag militias pictured in our featured graphic for this story are the direct descendants of the Scythian warriors who rode out of the East with the secrets to what would one day become "Europe" - and ourselves - in their midst. In stark contrast to the colonialist garrisons as pictured in our Syrian Endgame graphic - they fought for themselves and their people, not the avarice and greed of faraway moneymen. As such, Makhnov's riders are both prologue and epilogue to our story. A story of LAND - AND - LIBERTY. Our story, if we claim it.
From Thales and Anaximander to Heidegger and then Baudrillard. Now, in search of wise women & men from even further back - in our hidden history. I can't tell you how excited I am to at last be firmly in the saddle and cantering along the storied trail I always knew was meant for me to follow.
    Whence things have their origin,
    Thence also their destruction happens,
    According to necessity;
For they give to each other justice and recompense
    For their injustice
In conformity with the ordinance of Time.

Return to Khan Tengri - Part Two

Lifting the veil on real history - at last

Now that we’ve warmed our engines sufficiently to be ready for excursions into new terrains, we’re ready to take on some of the beady-eyed mythologies which stare out at the traveler on the road towards the really real. The imposing bulk and ferocious mien of these critters belies their lack of staying power when challenged. Mighty Mullahs, Supreme Sultans, and assembled riff raff of the FAKELORE kind are all primed to go down under our sword of truth in media.
And where better to start than close to home – where a millennium or so of fake Turks bent upon hiding – then destroying - real Turkic culture and heritage has used up its quota of time on the stage of history? How astonishing it will be, to discover that a veneer of falsely assumed “Turkishness” is all that differentiates the religious and ethnic extremists who have hijacked Anatolia, from the madmen of similar predilection, who long before hijacked the land of Israel, and who have made a multi-generational project out of likewise disguising themselves -as “People of the Book” – rather than the spawn of Babylonian necromancy such as they really are!
Just as astonishing will be to discover that the real Turkic culture, of which but a few embers still glow with life, has almost nothing at all in common with the place most associated with the term in the modern mind...and that in fact, those holdouts still warming themselves by that small fire of real culture are persecuted and reviled by those who rule the roost in the place we call “Turkiye!” By turning the spotlight of real history upon those hoary mythologies and their monstrous creators, we are going to bring about a stampede of terrified ‘TERROR STATE’ bullies, rushing to hide from the light of day.
With all that said, however, I suspect that for most readers there is now a kind of “automatic shut off valve” which operates in their minds, when the subject of “the Turks” comes up! A tiresome collection of rabid ethno-hegemonists with little to show to their credit, in the way of accomplishment or culture, is the way most of the world views those who represent themselves by that description nowadays. And not without reason. But there’s a story to be told here – a much different story than that which reaches the ears of the outside world – and even of most “Turks”themselves. And it falls upon me to tell it.
As witness to the ongoing campaign of neo-liberal "Islamists" to destroy and/or desecrate everything that is old and authentic about Anatolia, I get to watch that process going on right before my eyes! Here where we park for the winter months, waiting for the roads to clear of snow in the highland, the dozers are hard at work - clearing the wide plain where a half dozen or so shepherds graze their flocks on the early springtime grass. Soon, they tell us, this stretch of state-owned land will be leveled in preparation for another housing project - of the kind which fattens party-connected contractors, rather than sheep. All over Anatolia, we see the last pockets of the old ways being cleared out... for a new kind of society where everyone stays in one place, never moving with the seasons - and drives to the cami and back at that call of the muzzein which rings out from hollow recordings delivered by microphones. Fake culture - plastic world. The "new Turkiye indeed!"
Quite early on in the portion of these pages where contemporary events had forced the focus here to shift – such that the middle eastern part of the globe became front left and center – we hit upon a discovery which appears to have eluded just about everybody else writing on the same theme. That the people running the government in Turkish Ankara seemed to share a lot of common values with the folks running the state of Srael might have seemed superficially an observation which defied logic.
After all, wasn’t true that the one party was – by definition– implacably opposed to the agenda of the other? Wasn’t it obvious that an “Islamic”regime which strongly supported the rights and struggle of Muslims anywhere and everywhere could not help but be at loggerheads with a state which specialised in persecuting it’s own Muslim citizens, as well as attacking, covertly and/or overtly neighboring states with Muslim majority populations? Well, it might indeed be true that for purposes of public perception that aura of implacable opposition should be encouraged... but close inspection seemed to reveal a parallel, if concealed, track of cooperation, and even emulation! How to account for the incongruity? The clues seemed to arrive in increasing frequency, after I posited this perception of an
"Because what "the neo-Ottoman regards as a unique and 'god-given' expression of a particular tribal grouping" brings to mind another ethnic persuasion with a peculiar and insular understanding of their place in the world! In fact, these two racial-hegemonists programs bear a similarity in construct that - upon closer inspection - reveals IDENTICAL goals and intent. The 'pan-Turkic' vision of a group destined "by God" to greatness - and the sionist/talmudist conceit of a "chosen people" -mandated -again - "by God" to achieve ascendance over all other nations and religions... these two forms of ethno-religious extremism cannot have evolved in isolation to each other! Their hatred and bigotry towards"the other" in all forms - gender, race, or form of worship -bespeaks a unity of more than just style."

unstated unity of ideological underpinnings in the story–Two states One Agenda.

At the time, I was content to point out the similarities between a cult of Babylonian-derived origin which had transplanted itself to Jerusalem and the territories of the original Israelites, and another, less ancient cultic formulation which had achieved a certain ascendancy over the minds of those who had inherited the Turkic conquests of Asia Minor, and infused the resulting culture with a similar form of tribal antipathy towards any and all variations of faith, ethnicity, and social values. That there could be a deeper reason for the mind-meld of two seemingly quite distinct groups of humanity was apparent to me on the intuitive level, but stayed outside the focus of my reasoning mind, pending further investigations!
As I sketched, over the past year, a picture of the many ways in which present and past Turks and talmudists had rendered common disservice to humanity, through their psychopathic campaigns of genocide and cultural destruction throughout the middle east, we remained focused upon the common intent of their agendas, without going further into possibility of common roots. Now, with the general perception of people of Turkish descent reaching a nadir in the world at large, it is overdue to make that investigation a priority. If it should turn that they truly deserve the ‘leadership’ which is currently dragging them into the abyss – then so be it. However, if we discover that they are victims, just the same as most of the rest of us, of being deprived of their own true history, legitimate identities, and even the faith of their ancestors - there would be grounds enough to attempt this work of redemption on their behalf! That it should fall to me to make that effort is a small irony itself in a sea of ironies. But no matter – for now, let’s just say that life is full of mysterious synchronicities, which reveal themselves at their convenience, not ours!
To restore the defiled image of the Turkic peoples – after so much damage done by the jihadist interlopers and Ali Babas of the pretend Caliphate – would seem a work of Sisyphus-style dimensions at this point in time. And given that so many of those who identify themselves as “Turks” have fallen prey to a species of rabid ethno-supremacism of which only a talmudist rabbi – or terrorist – could be proud, is there any rationale for going to the trouble in the first place?
Not to diminish the extent to which the stain upon the characters and reputations of those who call themselves Turks has been self-imposed, the answer to the question posed is – yes. And the reason is that, not unlike quite a few other peoples, the biggest part of the problem Turks have in returning to the fold of a common humanity is that their own history – and culture – have been stolen from them... and replaced with an entirely bogus substitute by which to confuse and disenchant them!
Note in the spaces of the map above, the extent of the zone wherein the "Golden Horde" of the Kipchaks ranged, north of the Black and Caspian Seas, for centuries, and then equivalent zones to the south where the Oghuz were similarly masters of the terrain. Contrasted with the small area where the "Turks" of "Anadolu" created their post-Byzantine state, the way to seeing a far different picture of the past is opened. But those are just a tiny segment themselves, of the vast reach of Turkic peoples in the past eras, when the Great Steppes, from the marches of China, right through to those of Western Europe, were homelands of those who worshiped "Tengri," rather than the Semitic gods of the Arabs and Judaics. A vast crime against history has been created to wipe out the true record of that people and their culture. With the tools gained from our previous meetings with Dupin and other sleuths, we will investigate the scene of it!
We might well ask by whom has this crime of distortion been committed – and indeed will. But first, it needs be clarified just what has been stolen... and from whom? For a significant confusion exists even around the very matter of who might be the Turkic peoples. Like most western pseudosciences, ethnology has proven an academic ‘discipline’ subject to malpractice, willing cover-ups, and make-believe storylines. As a result, with an invented history imposed upon an ethnicity, via a toxic system of pedagogery such as is the educational system, the identity crises which result are no accident. Exploited by demagogues and cunning social manipulators, these infirmaries of identity can produce huge episodes of civic strife, national in-fighting, and even genocide. The short history of the place which was known as the “Republic of Turkey” was witness to all of that and more!
Are Turks more easily led to indulge in such episodes of collective madness than other ethnicities? The answer cannot be given directly– because the very definition of the term “Turk” lacks a uniform principle of inclusion/exclusion by which to measure the subject population. The vast land area of ANATOLIA – that region once known as “Asia Minor,” which frames two sides of ‘the middle east, has been home to an amazing variety of peoples, language groups, and religions. Not by merely terming those presently found within the boundaries, therefore, of a state which might call itself “Turkey”could we ever hope for a minute to find an answer to the question – who is a Turk?
While the study of genetics can give some guidance in determining the background of any given demographic, it’s no perfect science by a long shot – and is fraught with the same risks of over-simplification,misinterpretation, and hidden agendas as all the other supposedly “pure”sciences. As with the ‘social sciences’ then, there a limits to the degree we can employ quantitative yardsticks to a situation fraught with subjective red herrings – like our previously mentioned‘stolen histories!’
We’ll explore several of the means of imputing “Turkishness” to a population group, as we go along, in probing the question of who has done such thievery – but all of that must remain secondary to the more important task here – of rehabilitating the reputation of that ethnic description - via peeling away the layers of lies and looking at what gets revealed. This is important for two reasons – the first of which I’ll call geopolitical – to bring an end to the use & manipulation of“Turks” in the sionist great game of TERROR .... and instead bring them into alliance with the rest of us against our common enemy.
The second of which is more personal, insofar as, having discovered quite “by chance” that roots of my own lay within this group of people – a people and culture of which I hadn’t the foggiest notion before falling into their midst! Like a arrow sent with unerring accuracy by means of genes – I was mysteriously guided to choose a as refuge from talmudist terror a destination about which I knew absolutely nothing.
While I’ve learned of course, along the way since, that no such refuge exists here, or anywhere else on this benighted planet, on the brighter side, I also learned that there was a hidden, dying culture which accorded in every way with my own instincts and longstanding interests. As hidden to the modern “Turks” as it is to the rest of the world, my chance intersection with the world of the Yoruk proved to be the missing link in a life spent searching for a world meaningful to my own way of being. In the story below, which appeared on the website I was using before coming to storify here,

    diaspora* social network
I made my first public foray into the world of the Turkmen - and that description of that world which I would enter as a modern day initiate. What I termed, at the time... the world of "neo-nomadics." In the wonderful essay by James Allen which accompanied my manifesto, he wrote:
"The simple reason that Turkmen weavings are so important today is that the Turkmen represented the last horse mounted horde of freely mobile nomadic warriors the world has seen or known." Amen to that!

In one of the stories written last fall, I quoted from the wonderful essay Synchronicity and Acausal Connectedness by Jim Fournier. In it, he ties together some of the random, disconnected thoughts by which I had always imagined that the ‘inexplicable’ could be explained, in a way that didn’t sacrifice the very mysteriousness which made it so interesting. That Jungian term – acausal connectness – has a connotation of western psychology to it’s use and meaning, but just as Jung himself became a great investigator of eastern ‘non-rational’ forms of knowing, so the term has an application presently in our sojourn towards the East in this series. Stripped of occidental pyschologizing of interpersonal experience, it leads us directly into the pre-modern and post-modern worlds where the boundaries between psyche and matter are no longer set by “rules,”“laws” and “dictums” which reflect the peculiar limitations of minds restricted to quantitative forms of reasoning.
How, you might ask, can that have anything to do with the question of ethnicity and the Turkic world?
And with that question posed - we enter the astonishing world of Murad Adji –whose volumes on the History of the Turkic Peoples will be a lodestone of sorts in this next part of our progression! An author who writes in Russian, about a culture which he claims was buried by order of the Catholic Church, and which superseded almost the entirety of what we think of as “European” culture, bothin time and achievement. If the documentation about the antecedence of the man they called Khomeini was like a explosion in a nuclear reactor to my historical consciousness, this dude represents a Fukushima-level event! Once again...everything I was trained to think I knew – flies out the window in the face ofan intelligently presented premise which has remained ‘hidden in plain sight’ to the occidental world.
Not only do the beginnings of what we think of as ‘civilization’ shift dramatically in direction, but the component parts of what we think of as the “major religions” of mankind also get a radical makeover in their genesis. In this segment it’s only possible to introduce the work of Adji as a prologue to where we are going[think “east- way east!”], but the critical takeaway from what we are discussing here is this: while my interest in the true course of Turkic culture may initially strike the reader as “folkloric” or even ‘new-agey’ in intent, thatis far from what is going on here.
The search for a real antidote to millennia of oppression of the human consciousness and spirit by a caste of men who prey upon us all will drive us in whatever direction need be - no matter how edgy or mysterious that direction may seem at first. And where we need to get to – that place hinted at here long before, in our study of Anaximander and the “pre-Socratics,” is where matter and psyche meet – in harmony at last! The false dichotomies between spiritual and material, psyche and soma, earth and sky, male and female, which have beleaguered us since the rise of westernphilosophy and the dualistic perspectives it engendered, are in need of resolution. The companion piece to this one - Physis and Techne - will bring into being some of the long delayed followed up to the premise of ANATOLIAN BEGINNINGS stolen by Greeks bearing gifts... while our new search after Tengri will bring about a resolution of those false trails of blood and DNA which have been used concurrently to separate humans from each other. Andwe will most certainly need to return to Jim Fournier’s essay, in search offresh impetus for our bringing together the ‘scientific,’ and the sacred... forthat is exactly where Murad Adji’s work leads us next!
This then, like almost all of my work here, is a political tract, in the spirit of a Proudhon or Kropotkin... men who refused to settle for the dregs of what life was supposed to offer us, and instead insisted upon the ‘reality’ of a world akin to heaven – on this earth. Dreamers we may be - but as it turns out, it was dreamers who ‘forged’ the iron age, and gave humankind the tools of advancement in the material as well as spiritual dimension! To sum up where we arrived to;the steady pace since earliest days, by which we’ve traced our collective troubles to
"a cabal of men[who] have, since long time past, taken itupon themselves to purposely distort our history, stunt or eliminate ourpotential for development, divide natural allies into implacable enemies, andruin any and all chances of the peaceful coexistence of the diverse culturaloffshoots which make up the human experience."

has led us along a trail which showed us that showed us
"the identity of these conspirators against the real must besought from the inner workings of that stream of occultic necromancy we thinkof as "kabbalah" - in it's specifically "talmudic" form. All of which has arrived neatly bundled into our present times in the form ofthat continuum of radical millenarianist cultism known as"sabbateanism." Behind all the smokescreens ofJudaist/Zionist/Israeli posturing, the essence of what confronts us now asdeadly peril to our continuance is just this strange outgrowth ofKhazarian/Russo-Turkic/Eastern European/Ashkenazi racial mysticism. It'sinfluence has brought about world wars, the downfall of Kings and Empires, andchanged the social dimension of our existence to such an extent as to be thesingle most powerful force in our world of today”
to the point where we were able to pinpoint a commonality of interest between supposed enemies
The 'pan-Turkic' vision of a group destined "by God" togreatness - and the sionist/talmudist conceit of a "chosen people" -mandated -again - "by God" to achieve ascendance over all other nations and religions... these two forms of ethno-religious extremism cannot have evolved in isolation to each other! Their hatred and bigotry towards"the other" in all forms - gender, race, or form of worship -bespeaks a unity of more than just style." –Two states One Agenda

which in turn led us to the discovery of the “Terror State” as the present day incarnation of the evil which (some)men do!
In the next segment, I'll write a little more about the strange and "synchronous" manner in which I was drawn into this story... as both a witness and an actor... in the great play of Tengri, the everlasting Great Blue Sky!

The People Vs. the State: We enter a world forbidden to worshipers of statist ideology and the slaves of Semitic mythologies. Wherein - ethnic supremacists of all description get the axe!

In Part Two of this series, we crossed over into a another world - eastbound to the origins of the Cross, Christianity, Europe's culture, and the roots of European ethnic identity - all buried for centuries under the dross of Fakelore and phony narratives.
Now we're ready to make an actual excursion into the real - after revealing the false. It's entirely HERETICAL of course - like everything else that has been written on these pages. Sacred Cows of all varieties are headed to the boneyard of history.
Once we've entered the world of Murad Adji, the shift in perspective is so great that nothing of the landscape - past or present - can ever look the same again. IF pretty much EVERYTHING we believed we KNEW, turned out to be a lie, where would that leave us? Perennially doomed to doubt and skepticism, or naifs all the more eager to embrace some form of even more inviting myth, in order to not be left naked in a world without a buffer between us and...reality?
The iron sickles and axes, pig iron ploughs, warm log huts, graceful palaces and towers, carriages, cabriolets, coaches and many - many others the hardworking Türks presented to the mankind. Here they are, the actual achievements of the ancient Türkic culture! In front of us...
In this world, where "Turkic Peoples" aren't "Turks" as we've been led to think of them, where fair skin and blue/green eyes are the mark of the "barbarians from the East" who conquered Rome, and most of "our" art and technological achievements prior to the modern era were the gifts of people living in the far eastern stretches of north and central Asia, everything will seem - at first - upside down. Did what we call "Christianity" come from that East, along with the plow, the iron sword and body armor - spiritual and material revolutions falsely attributed to other sources?
No, not with empty hands the Turks began the Great Migration, the apex of which was a belief in Heavenly God. They called the Almighty Tengri, in their language that meant Eternal Blue Sky. The good and evil, wellbeing and misery are given only by Tengri, - the Altaians taught themselves .
These are are questions which will, in sequence, outrage, puzzle, and then intrigue us. When we leave behind these phases of reaction, what will remain of the question posed? I hope there will be answers, instead of just more questions. But as investigators of the real... we cannot put forward our wishes at the expense of our reasoning and deduction. Just one final word about that - before we plunge ahead. "Reasoning" and "deduction" appear to have been two elements left almost entirely OUT of the manner in which occidental history has been assembled into an apparently coherent explanation of what has happened over time. And in their place, some pretty overtly irrational and mysterious substitutions have been made.
We are, in fact, like cult members prior to a proper deprogramming; in this case, we can only deprogram ourselves... no one else can be relied upon to do it for us! But happily, there are those who have at least marked a trail which can be followed towards that goal. Let's see where it leads, shall we?
The term "fakelore" which I've used a couple of times in the series so far, is one that points towards what it is needs be deprogrammed from our consciousness. Long before the current favorite meme of "fake news" had been picked up and employed by the ONEMEDIA, our series "Myths of Capital" had resusitated the term fakelore from the mid-CC20th era, to put to good use in analyzing the deliberate distortions of history conducted by modern exponents of dissimulation.

Moral Sentiments - part one - The Myth of Capital (with image) • SuaveBel
"Dawson was an American scholar of the mid C20th, whose work centered upon the study of how cultural tradition became transcribed into what we call ‘folklore,’ often in the process becoming almost completely altered from its original context and meaning. It was he who invented the term fakelore, in an article written in 1949. He much later defined that term as ‘the misapplication of sentimentalized and prettified tales and songs for commercial advantage.’ It was in such spirit of inquiry that he looked into the myth of Paul Bunyan, a storied American icon, writing “Paul Bunyan in the News” for the magazine WESTERN FOLKLORE in 1956.
In the hands of much earlier serial distorters, other popular figures, from.... to.... would become equally mythologized, for the purpose of pushing an ethnic agenda or a political cause. Sometimes invoked in the name of 'science,' other times in that of 'religious faith,' all of these transformations bear witness to the effort to cover up real history - and replace it with fake.
"What Smith and other conscious inventors of the Myth of Capital were up to then bears a remarkable resemblance to how Hoffman would come to define the term fakelore - “The manipulation of the mind through the use of traditional symbols.” There is indeed no better term than fakelore to succinctly describe the manner in which ‘capitalists’ have hired writers and thinkers to advance their project of ‘capitalism’ by creating phony science out of human tradition. History, economics, sociology, and the rest of the social sciences are all the fields of endeavor for this work of counterfeiting, and the academics who labor in each of them are the witting or unwitting accomplices of those who would hide our own culture from us in order to effectively achieve what Marx would describe as his real goal - "If you can cut people off from their history, they can be easily persuaded.""
All of which might seem fairly plausible – or at least ‘allowable,’ to the reader open to a critique of western historiography. But where we go with that line of thinking, in the hands of our trail guide Murad Adji, takes us way behind where most will be willing or able to follow. In fact, I think that as little as a year ago, before I worked on the stories here which showed the factual evidence of how the myth of Europe was created out of the collective duplicity of generations of scribes – some quite modern – I would have been among them.
Only in writing about the creation of "Knossos as Europes’ beginning" mythology, a hoax performed by supposedly the most advanced of the occident’s social scientists, only a century before the present, could I begin to grasp the extent of the distortions threaded through every time line of every culture ever studied by that group of fakelore generators disguised as archaeologists and the like! When that astonishing evidence was placed in conjunction with the new findings proving that another, older hoax had been played – by which Anatolia had been made over into a Hellenic creation, and the scientific/philosophical achievements of indigenous Anatolians turned into “Greek Greatness,” the timebomb in my brain was fully lit.
After a tour of the Aegean islands, where so much of the mythologies standing behind the orthodox vision of our past were "crafted", I was ready to report back on some of the more bizarre elements of fictionalising that past - as performed by actors old and new! As I wrote in the first story which developed from that interlude:
Monuments of Duplicity: Exploring the Ruins of Modernity
Palaces, Potentates, and Sand Castles of the Really Real
    Bel Suave
"Here, at the site of "Knossos," the palace "reconstructed" by Sir A Evans and crew, we are witness to the birth of "modernity" as filament of a European imagination in search of invented beginnings - for a legacy which could compete with those of the ancient Mesopotamian world. As Chester Starr put it: "Minoan civilization is the only great civilization created in the twentieth century." Archeological endeavors in employ to a European thirst for identity turned out to be not just capable of digging up the past, but of creating it too! The reinforced concrete structure Evans produced out of the ruins found at Knossos is a temple of "modernity," not antiquity."

Who could have guessed - that underneath the world-conquering bravado and industrial might of a Europe firmly in the ascendance, there lurked a wretched insecurity about 'origins' & pedigree? One that could only be assuaged, so it seems, through the creation of fictional antecedents - even in the midst of the so-called Age of Science!
"While Schliemann's work in exposing a Mycenaean culture on the far margins of a Europe still completing the job of expelling the Muslim Turk from it's shores was an important step in that same direction, only via creation of the "Minoan" civilization could the feelings of inferiority at the core of it's being be assuaged. Ironically, what stirred popular imagination the greatest among the artifacts "discovered" at Knossos are those objects(faience Snake Goddess statuettes, for example)that are most under suspicion now of being forgeries - faked by his own custodians. Art, artifacts, popular culture and "high" culture together, mixed into a potent brew by which the real - and real history - could be subsumed to the new project of taking Europe on a one way voyage to mythical lands of enchantment - where they all live today! And though I began the work of sketching out the background to this voyage of the damned almost a decade ago - in Musings - the sense of connection and continuity between it, and the central topic of this platform for the past year - Anatolia - has only now become crystal clear!"
Was there lurking, in the collective unconscious of that society, already an underlying sense that their identity lay on shaky ground - sown by shady storytellers? The groundwork for answering that question had been laid here long before - in the Anaximander series - when the forgery of "Hellenism" had been exposed, as a heist of the indigenous culture of Anatolia and the pre-Socratics.
Back to Beginnings- Anaximander and the roots of The Western Tradition (with image) • SuaveBel
My mind was however, still not entirely free of the shackles of occidental historiography. That necessary liberation awaited the chance meeting with an eccentric Russian writer who's (re)discovery of the roots of Europe and Europeans was unknown to the West.
Time to go in search of new ways of seeing the past.
What if “Christianity” came out of the east, as a fully developed theology which looked nothing like what it would be turned into by Semitic refashioners and their philo-semitic enablers? If “the Bible” and associated commentaries were nothing more than latter day efforts to wipe out the true story of not just Israel, but of the peoples of most of Asia? If the Latins of southern Europe(before there was a ‘southern Europe’ were the real barbarians whom the “light from the East” brought out of ignorance and avarice, to begin the building of what we would come to call “European civilization?”

Likewise Buddhism, long identified as indigenous to the Indian subcontinent – a gift from the Altai, delivered by Turkic peoples misidentified as “Aryans” by occidental orientalists unable to come to grips with the text sthey were learning to read? The sacred places of that “Indian” religion – Mt Meru, Kailas, Shambala, Agartha. all mis-located in Himalayan terrains, because the mis-locators never thought to look further north for their mysterious antecedents misnomed “the Aryans?” Buddhism as the worship of Tengri brought forth by the Sakyas – as in Sakyamuni!

The many years I spent deep in the study of Buddhism had prepared me for a speedy acceptance of the plausibility of all those heretical thoughts. As to Christianity, I needed to cover some ground never properly studied in my past investigations, and then recover the ground I had gained and then lost memory of - of Nestorians, Manicheans, and other “churches” of the East.
All that recollected, the raw logic of Adji’s presentation stood out in front of me. It’s incontrovertible, for instance, that the very first nation to embrace Christianity was Armenia. Armenia – aka eastern Anatolia - to the north and to the east of that religion’s supposed beginnings. Accident? Probably not. A fact overlooked by fakelore historiography? Absolutely.
Once we begin putting historical details like that one in a proper context – of logic – the inconsistencies and illogic of the traditional “stories”we’ve accepted about our history become increasingly glaring.
Leaving religion aside, for the moment, we can view the same kind of bizarre coverup ruse – a kind of ‘anti-scientific’ pursuit in fact – as applied to ethnology, and even to the supposedly ‘pure’ sciences of biology. The “Scythians” for instance – the riders who brought horse culture, and advanced methods of metal working to the western lands – were labelled in the fashion of the times as of “the white races,” such that there was a coloring book mentality applied to the study of racial origins. White, black, or in between, groups like the Scythians defied such facile descriptions of their ‘origins,’ because they rode out of the far reaches of Asia without any regards for what modern anthropology and historiography would require them to do! That’s how backward and disgracefully awkward our ‘modern social sciences’ remain. They defy history in order to maintain a convenient fiction. But convenient to whom, we need ask?

Now, with yet another "Armenian Holocaust Day" behind us, it behooves us to be looking into how the ancient coalition of Turki and Armenians - on military, religious and cultural fronts - became a fratricidal struggle of noholdsbarred brinkmanship in the C20th. Another long-stalled draft here - "Acculturated Armenians" may yet been pulled into service, in order to explain the deep mystery surrounding the pogrom by FAKE TURKS currently in power against blood brothers of various description! Coming up next - more exposes of fake history/fakelore... along with glimpses into Europe's real roots.

Readers Note: It had been my intention to release this segment - part one - simultaneously with its companion pieces -parts two and three - as they have been written to complement each others interlocking presentation. Part three, however, having taken much longer in the editing than expected, has held me back from that initial intent... giving cause to put this segment out whilst completing that process, and in hopes that the reader will have the chance to digest it fully during the necessary delay. I have also come to realize during this editing process that the three part series will in fact require a follow up piece in order to incorporate the intended overview of "Islamic Finance" and the potential applications thereof - which proved impossible to work into the Myth of Capital series. I hope to start work on that very soon.

When one sets out to answer the question “what is capital,” and then, further to it, “what is capitalism,” the enquirer is quickly and inevitably confronted with the name “Adam Smith.” No other writer, except perhaps for his supposed antithesis, Karl Marx, is invoked so regularly as being of such seminal import to the study of those two terms, as the Scotsman who held forth in the later part of the C18th on the subjects of land, labor, capital, and the generation of wealth from the employment of their production in trade.

In the introduction/preamble to this series the place these two words –capital & capitalism– occupy in the occidental mindset was identified as being that of a mythology reified into a moral principle, defended and justified by supposed ‘natural laws’ revealed through the application of ‘reason’ and ‘science’ to the study of mankind’s economic life. This veneer of theoretical reasoning which the newly created discipline of political economy conveniently provided the C19th occidental zeitgeist made the creation and accumulation of capital a stand in for the production and distribution of wealth – the latter being something which all functional societies require to maintain balance and cohesion. This subtle yet fundamental alteration of the driving force of society and its institutions has occurred via money; what was once a neutral device designed to facilitate trade & transaction between peoples became somehow the object of trade itself. In the process, great confusion over the meaning of capital – what it really is, and how it is best employed – has been purposely spread.

Adam Smith’s legacy as the originator of what would become ‘free market economics’ is as much a myth as any other part of the fabricated historical production with which the occidental world has clothed it’s period of ascendancy over global civilization. Only now, at the time when that period is into the last stages of its waning does it even prove possible to investigate and define the many strands of this cloak of deceit for exactly what it is – a suite of myths which have rendered our understanding of the past, and our ability to navigate the present and future, void of clarity. Much in contrast to the overriding theme of “Era of the Enlightenment” which infused Smith’s pronouncements on ‘human nature,’ the imagined ‘progress’ of history has brought neither greater freedom to mankind, nor greater nobility of spirit, or even, it would increasingly seem, any greater sense of meaning or pleasure in the living of our lives. In fact, it is the core argument of these pages that far from being era of advancement & “reason” the ‘modern age,’ looking back, will be seen as an interregnum characterized by irrational pursuits and a devolution of our self understanding… brought about by a concerted effort on the part of parties who interests are inimical to our survival and well-being.

While mythologies have their place & purpose in our lives - to give meaning to and collective recognition of otherwise disconnected individual human experience… this reification of capital into something supposedly above, beyond, and superior to the mythological, bears all the telltale signs of an effort to hide truth rather than to reveal it! It’s now time to take a look at the means by which this magic show was brought off, and the persons who were responsible for its production. By so doing, we will be able to regard figures like Smith, Marx, and the rest of the cast in this shadow-puppet theatre in a far different – and more accurate – light than that which they have been previously seen by.

Though famous for his treatise “The Wealth of Nations,” Smith much earlier (1759)authored a book from which I draw the title for this segment – “Moral Sentiments.” In it he addresses the ‘sacred,’ which he posited to be a quality based upon the recognition of and adherence to “general rules” of human conduct. Doubtless a reflection of his age – that of ‘Reason’- Smith’s definition of the sacred is humanistic. Though still playing lip service to the idea of God, the theistic principle is removed from active relationship to the world of mankind. Smith’s most famous book is best known for the invention it contains regarding the manner in which the selfish pursuits of man make for a cosmic balance and social equilibrium via the mysterious activity of markets… what he called the ‘hidden hand.’ Via this Deus ex machine any trace of reverence for or even reference to the sublime, the higher realms of spiritual life, or a “Supreme Being” became redundant; the affairs of men were governed and determined by their economic concerns alone. Thus, the transition from the pre-scientific age of gods and mythological forces was completed by means of reasoning which, rather than negate “Higher Powers” per se, would simply leave them out of the equation. When a ‘moral philosopher’ known for espousing supposedly ‘Christian’ values of morality becomes the spokesperson of a cause seeking to advance a system that neutralizes moral principles it behooves us to look at how and why this paradoxical inversion comes about.

The time in which Smith was writing his books was one in between the two “revolutions” – England’s and then France – best known for their elements of regicide, and the spilling of much blood in the name of ‘liberty.’ In their aftermath, when Kings had effectively ceded their powers to ‘civilian’ governments, many new doctrines were being articulated, on the Continent and in the Americas’, centering on slogans such us justice, equality, and liberty for all. While commendable in theory, the background from which they sprung was that of a milieu of societies, mystical systems and magical traditions imported from the East, and a rapid transfer of wealth and influence out of the hands of the formerly dominant landed classes to newly arisen commercial and industrial interests eager to see governments responsive to their desires.

Thus, while “liberty, equality, and the pursuit of happiness” were the public face of this period of transition, the covert goal of the parties who funded and encouraged such sloganeering was one far different from the realization of those values. As we have been taught to take at face value the storyline which best conceals the covert currents of history, we neither look for nor are offered evaluations of that period which could help us understand what was really going on. As Peter Spufford puts it, in the introduction to his classic study Money and its Use in Medieval Europe, “Since historians have generally found the pursuit of happiness hard to analyse and chronicle, they have concentrated rather on the other two principal preoccupations of the human race, the pursuits of power and of wealth.” Smith was amongst the first of those to attempt to solve the ‘problem’ of happiness by simply conflating its presence in our lives with the pursuit of wealth, and ignoring the activity of those in pursuit of influence.

Spuffords pithy analysis of the manner in which historians have deliberately truncated the study of ‘human nature’ needs be amended in one way; while pursuit of wealth & power have indeed been the focus of orthodox history, the view of power relations used to conduct such study has been too restrictive to make sense of what has guided the motives of some of the major actors in that history. The purpose of our small study here is to release the subject from that restricted gaze, in order to lay bare a fuller understanding of key terms commonly used in political economy… alienation… exploitation…oppression… etc. Inclusion of the full gamut of our human experience – not just the material, but the spiritual dimension of that experience – is a vital component of any ‘political economy’ because for millennia power relations have been defined not just by what occurred in the purely economic aspects of our lives, but also in the more hidden, psychic aspects, where theft, expropriation, manipulation and enslavement have all been going on parallel to the material planes on which those same themes have been played out.

It’s no accident then, that the recurrence of popular interest in vampirism, for example, arrives at the same point in time where industrialization and financialization of societies creates high levels of oppressive disparity… these physical manifestations of exploitative power relations tend to mimic what takes place on the psychic level of existence…. as overt expressions of a covert process by which energy … the root factor in all aspects of our lives… is stolen and/or misused by actors with the power to exert control over others. Much of organized religion is a screen onto which these covert power dynamics are played, but in a distorted manner, so as to confuse us as to who and what are really operating the levers of power. The precis of this essay is that the overt exercise of power which capitalism in action represents is – contrary to its advertised message – an occultic manifestation of yet another religion competing for power and influence via the actions of its adherents on the stage of history. The identity of these actors, and the nature of their ‘religion’ will not be a part of the discussion – for now - that must be put aside for another time. What matters of the moment is to disclose the presence of their hidden hand and the motivations for the work which capitalism as a system advances.

Since some of the drives most basic to the character of human beings are, as Spufford points out,‘hard to analyse’… it’s easy to see that ‘analysts’ of human nature have simply chosen to excise significant portions of their chosen subject in favor of excusing the inabilities of their chosen techniques of analysis to fully examine the nature of the subject. Ergo, the ‘social sciences,’ which pretend to measure quantitative data in a way that can explain our subjective wishes and define our qualitative lives. That is the stuff of mythology… not science. With Adam Smith and those who would follow in his footsteps, we enter the Era of Fakelore.

Richard Dawson was an American scholar of the mid C20th, whose work centered upon the study of how cultural tradition became transcribed into what we call ‘folklore,’ often in the process becoming almost completely altered from its original context and meaning.

What stands out in the mythification of Lumberjack Paul Bunyan affords us a glimpse into the wider application of modern mythmaking – as practiced by an army of ‘hidden hands’ - at work to make culture a province of commerce, and tradition a victim of capitalist revisionism. The transformation of the original character as created in the smoky log barracks of Midwestern loggers – a trickster figure who often defrauded his mates and made impossible claims - into an iconic strong man and hero of working class, is a study in how the world of our ancestors has been changed to best suit the interests of those who regard everything in the public domain… common natural resources, common culture, common values, as a potential source of profit… to be privatized wherever possible. Anthropologist Daniel Hoffman followed up on Dawson’s original study, and in making a thorough review of all the literature, concluded that Paul Bunyan had come to represent a political and economic philosophy, in fact “turned into the mouthpiece of a special pleading economic group.”

What Smith and other conscious inventors of the Myth of Capital were up to then bears a remarkable resemblance to how Hoffman would come to define the term fakelore - “The manipulation of the mind through the use of traditional symbols.” There is indeed no better term than fakelore to succinctly describe the manner in which ‘capitalists’ have hired writers and thinkers to advance their project of ‘capitalism’ by creating phony science out of human tradition. History, economics, sociology, and the rest of the social sciences are all the fields of endeavor for this work of counterfeiting, and the academics who labor in each of them are the witting or unwitting accomplices of those who would hide our own culture from us in order to effectively achieve what Marx would describe as his real goal - "If you can cut people off from their history, they can be easily persuaded." Sadly, few understand that in seeking to achieve that dubious end, Marx was working on behalf of those capitalistic forces which we have been trained to believe were his enemies… instead of his bankrollers. Such is the depth of success which the longstanding program of fakelore has enjoyed! Taking traditional values common to our culture – the virtues of hard work, independence, and free trading between people in a setting of markets – and transforming them into an ideology which overtly celebrates them whilst covertly inverting them was the essence of this transformation. Along the way, our real capital would become conflated with ‘money,’ and sequestered into a system which was designed to manipulate that symbolic item into the hands of a chosen few.

From the ‘humanism’ of Smith to Darwin to nihilism of Marx and Nietzsche is a straight line -– via the theorizing done by each and every one of the ‘social sciences’ developed in order to pursue this process of myth making we are continuously taught to believe in ‘stages’ of development… in species, societies, and economies. The same theorizing -posed as revelations of pure science - also served to disconnect our particular species from any spiritual meaning or purpose – confronting us in its place with a mechanistic and meaningless universe which would become the prevalent paradigm of the ‘modern age’ … an age in which mankind would be expected to confront and solve every challenge without the aid of any agency outside its own powers. So bound up in the mythology of capital and capitalism is this doctrine of progress that it is impossible to review the myths built around the one without equally regarding those surrounding the other. Only by many torturous reasonings do these imagined levels of ‘progress’ even begin to seem plausible, when considered objectively. But such is the weight of effort applied to bring about their acceptance and inculcation that they have become the prevalent storyline wherever ‘capitalism’ is the dominant system.

To question the myth of ‘progress’ is in fact to challenge the entire supposition upon which our chosen subjects are raised up and justified as the ultimate outgrowth of mankind’s advance – and since that is exactly the purpose for which this series has been created - reprise of certain more ancient historical periods will form a parallel précis to that of this story. Part Three, MIXED SENTIMENTS constructs a timeline and a viewpoint without need for or belief in either the myths of capital or a myth of progress. To complement that major deviation from the occidental worldview, the second in this trio of offerings –MARKET SENTIMENTS – THE RISE OF VOODOO SCIENCE – examines the work of thinkers whose writings challenged & competed with the storyline of ‘capitalism’ before it’s complete victory - in a study of suppressed and forgotten history. In previous stories here, such as Musings, way that the forces of finance forged their advances via the subsumation of art and artists to their program has been sketched out. The story of Carl Kellner demonstrated the convergence of industry, science and the occult in the clearest fashion. In Market Sentiments we will surely pay some attention to how the fakelore of representative government and ‘democracy’ were created out of a similar subjugation of the politico-judicial caste to its will, in the aftermath of Adam Smith’s era of transition.

It makes some sense, then, to take Adam Smith as waypoint from which to measure the timeline of the ‘myth of capital’ as a disguised deification of the occultic in place of other, deposed “Higher Powers.” Going forwards from his point in time, we see the quickening pace of the program by which we get to the present moment… where everything ‘real’ –about ‘markets,’ ‘money,’ ‘democracy,’ or even ourselves – has been abstracted into a sorry swamp of ‘derivative’ values. As Christopher Cole puts it: “While it may be natural to conclude that the real economy is slave to the shadow banking system this is not a correct interpretation ... the higher concept is that our economy 'is' the shadow banking system… the Empire is gone and we are living ignorantly within the abstraction… Modern financial markets are a game of impossible objects. In a world where global central banks manipulate the cost of risk the mechanics of price discovery have disengaged from reality resulting in paradoxical expressions of value that should not exist according to efficient market theory. Fear and safety are now interchangeable in a speculative and high stakes game.( Volatility of an Impossible Object- Artemis Capital Management Report - 2012)”

The careful reader will have already noticed that this trend towards greater and greater abstraction – as embodied and emblemized in the preponderance of financial devices which trade without any actual concrete presence in the world outside of numbers – runs completely parallel yet counter to the supposedly rational basis of the modern world’s conquest of our material universe… via it’s tool of scientific enquiry! Even as we retreat from material reality into the virtual world of machined existence, we are inculcated with the notion that we are in greater touch with the ‘thingness of things’ via our technological supremacy. It was Baudrillard who pointed out that perhaps the greatest victory of fakelore has been to dress the technology of information in the cloth of ‘communication’ – “all contents of meaning are absorbed in the only dominant form of the medium. Only the medium can make an event – whatever the contents, whether they are conformist or subversive. A serious problem for all counterinformation, pirate radios, antimedia, etc.” ….“Thus the media are producers not of socialization, but of exactly the opposite, of the implosion of the social in the masses. And this is only the macroscopic extension of the implosion of meaning at the microscopic level of the sign.” pg 56 Simulacra and Simulation

This is in fact no accident – rather, it’s a reflection of our zeitgeist as a ‘modern’ world, in which things are upsides down, backwards, and in serious contradiction… but no one pays any heed to the dissonance so created… it is incumbent upon one’s participation in that world to carry on in silent acquiescence to an open conspiracy to remove the real from reality…. symbolizing what was once culture with the signs of culture… symbolizing what was once production of goods and services with the signs of goods and services. While this occurs on multiple levels of our existence, since our focus is on the economic one here, it is there where we will look deeper into the long term project which Adam Smith’s work formed a key part of.

If we return to the subject of this mythification of capital with Hoffman’s definition in mind - “The manipulation of the mind through the use of traditional symbols,” we get a clearer picture of the process of fakeloric substitution by which capital gradually changes in meaning and in substance…. the important aspects of our lives which anchor us to reality seem to stay the same…yet they have left us, replaced by their symbols, like a made in China polyester Christmas tree. It is this transition from cultural to fakeloric which catches the attention of the enquirer into the nature and purpose of “capital.” In the classical schools of economic thought that would come to treat Adam Smith as an iconic figure, capital is regarded as being, alongside land and labor, the principal ‘factor of production’ by which humans achieve both wealth and a purposeful existence. Under this scheme of things, common to all modern theorists on the subject, whether “left” or “right,” everything outside of those three qualities would become an “intangible”- conveniently remote therefore, to what needs be studied in order to grasp the nature of man’s motivations and drives. As such, Smith’s actual legacy is that of a bridge from the world of the ancients, whose constant pre-occupation with discovering the “divine laws” by which man’s conduct was governed – as given forth by the ‘Higher Powers’ – to the world of the desacralized “modernity,” in which the laws of “science” impose themselves onto our lives as general rules just as unquestionable as those of the “Supreme Deity” were to men of pre-modernity.

Quite correctly then, Smith’s name is commonly counter-posed with that of Marx, because through his transposition of the rules of conduct from the sacred performance of duties pleasing to “God” to those imposed by the ‘hidden hand’ of market forces this professed Christian theologian and Deist of the C18th becomes the link to the professed Satanist and chief theoretician of the Hegelian“Dialectical Materialism” of the C19th. Creating new “laws” governing our ‘economic’ lives would become therefore the work a new priestly caste – who raised themselves up under the banner of “science” to be disciples of an academic religion in no way different than religions of the past… funded, indeed, in their pursuit of theoretical ‘laws’ by the same shadowy financial power which had worked their magic of debt usury from within the temples of past times!

The work done by Jennifer Lake in her Temples of Science series does much to connect the puzzle pieces by which this conversion of religion takes place, outlining how personalities common to both banking and finance show up in the project of militarizing physics, medicine, and finance itself, making of them all potential weapons of mass destruction. But further dot connecting is still needed in underlining the irrational, religious, and metaphysical doctrines underpinning all these supposed manifestations of rational technological discovery.

Of course Smith was not alone in this project to redirect social values in a manner favorable to the interests of the commercial classes – a small but emerging part of European society which had designs of its own upon the power and privilege of the landed gentry. He was but part of a continuum of thinkers which from John Locke through to Hume, and then the Scottish Enlightenment circle of which he himself was a member, whose emphasis would be upon the connections between individual liberty, private property and the sanctity of both work and saving. It was the project of creating a moral justification for the emergence of a market-directed society that ties these persons together. In his insightful Psychocultural Background of Adam Smith’s Theory of Value Walter Weisskopf drew together these strands of thought to show how the progression from Thomas Aquinas apologia for debt/interest/usury to the Protestant revolution of Calvin and Luther would create the conditions whereby those C17th and C18th philosophers would gradually shift the meaning of work from being “for God’s glory,” to the sanctified pursuit of gain… whereby labor creates value, and needs be rewarded via accumulation of profits… the pursuit of which, becomes, via Smith, the natural inclination of mankind.

The beginnings of this new religion of scientific humanism… mere Luciferian Baal worship of the Golden Calf dressed in new clothing…emerge in the C16th European quest for the alchemical ‘Philopsophers Stone.’ The transfer of Francis Bacon’s vision of Novum Organum to the “new world” colonies had brought about the conditions for a “New Atlantis” in which to manifest all these ancient fantasies of power generated a new intensity of conviction that – via the generation of “capital” in the alchemist’s forge, the rightful heirs of Babylonian and Egyptian magical tradition could slip themselves into place as the rulers of society.

They formed ‘secret societies,’ poured over the records of Hermetic and Kabbalistic tracts in search of the keys to invoking dark forces, all the while advocating strenuously for a new, materialistic or "humanist" science that denied the existence of the soul. Most of them were either hacks, as the case of Isaac Newton shows, or mere necromancers, such as John Dee… communicating with spirits while forming fanciful notions of the physical universe. But such was the power of the already emerging social medias of that age, and the opinion-makers that already shaped societies thoughts, that these dubious characters were made into legendary pioneers of our scientific society of modern times. Hiding the true meaning and goals of their cabal behind a smokescreen of technological advancement which supposedly would bring better times for all of mankind in its wake, these pathetic yet dangerous dupes would emerge, with the backing of the traditional money power, as arbitrators of our future… and desecrators of our birthrights.

In a universe formed of dead matter in which substance in the form of solid spheres raced about without aim or significance, and physical death marked the end of all experience, it was easy for these financial powers to go about their business of gaining control of the public and private economies both. In a world stripped of spiritual meaning, the pursuits of science would mingle and cojoin with the pursuits of profit, until, in our modern age, they would become one and the same, in the interlocking directors dictatorship of military-industrial-agro-pharmaceutical corporo-fascism we deem to politely call ‘western democracy,’ and regard as the pinnacle of human achievement!

For most readers, it will be something of a stretch to imagine that Smith, Ricardo, and the others of the “classical” school of economics share with Marx and the socialists a continuum of purpose – building the myth“capitalism” - which ultimately manifests in a system which swallows all opposites in its neverending quest to monopolize both wealth and the human imagination. But behind the veil of illusion which complicit academia and media hirelings have placed over our history, that is exactly what the evidence points to!

Thanks to the efforts of scholars like Carl Wennerlind, we can trace the mechanics of this conjunction of science, philosophy, magic, and monopoly finance capitals from the beginnings of the modern era. In his book Casualities of Credit Wennerlind outlines the exact names and personalities of this financial revolution– and how their disparate interests are brought together via the quest to increase the supply of currency – golden visions of credit based money creation gradually replacing the failed quest of the alchemist to create wealth out of dross material:
“the same social reformers who had pursued alchemical transmutations switched their attention to the promotion of a generally circulating credit currency, authoring some of the first proposals for such a currency. The similarity between alchemy and credit was far from lost on them, with one person suggesting that a well-functioning bank is: Capable ‘of multiplying the stock of the Nation, for as much as concernes trading in Infinitum: In breife, it is the Elixir or Philosophers Stone.’”

Under the smokescreen of political revolutions like that of C17th England then, these financial revolutions would transform all of Europe from god-fearing Kingdoms into satrapies of a money power driven by the same worship of dark forces which it’s antecedents in antiquity had followed. All that changes via Smith and the latter day apologists of his tradition is that this process of embezzlement is given moral justification and a veneer of social beneficence with which to disguise the malevolent reality. In contrast to the orthodox storyline of our invented and fakeloric history, the true story of the “Age of Enlightenment” involves a cast of characters like “Sir Charles” Dashwood, one of the founders of the Hellfire Club, infamous for its satanic masses and pedophilic child abuse and sacrifice, who was both England’s financial czar as Chancellor of the Exchequer and a friend of a similarly-minded occultist, Ben Franklin, - part of a community of interest which would seek to impose similar occultic values over the “new world” of the Americas.

In part Two, MARKET SENTIMENTS – THE RISE OF VOODOO SCIENCE the creation of a phony opposition to the sequestration of social wealth will be examined, as the next major stage of development in this duplicitous campaign. The banker-funded “communist” revolutions and railroad-funded American universities will come into view as tools by which to eliminate the real opponents of the cabal, and to indoctrinate subsequent generations in the new foundation-approved “general education” designed specifically to terminate free-thinking and the empirical investigation of our world.

Marx saw the stratification of society into continuously warring labor versus capital as a useful tool in the mobilization of the ‘working classes’ into a force which would overthrow society. His goal was the destruction of the western culture, not emancipation of the poor and oppressed. This comes through clearly in his own writings, prior to his being chosen by Moses Hess to lead a culture war against “Christendom.” In these writings, he avows his allegiance to the satanic, to destruction as a value in itself, and seeks vengeance upon “God.” For all those reasons, he was a perfect foil for those social forces which sought to turn back the challenge to their burgeoning power and wealth. On the continent, this challenge came via the writings of Pierre-Joseph Proudhon, in the Americas, from those of Henry George. Both saw the rent-seeking sequestration of land and capital by those whose wealth was ‘unearned’ by their labor as the basis of social disharmony and economic disparity. By zeroing in on this inherent contradiction to the ‘labor theory of value’ above described – purposely overlooked and avoided by the rest of the economic writers, Proudhon and George were the greatest threats to the moneypower in the C19th, much more than those supposedly antithetical forces of ‘socialism’ and ‘communism.’ This shows itself as true by the manner in which the hired guns of the voodoo science responded.

Via the bogus theorizing of ‘the dismal science,’ we have been tricked into believing that economic matters stand separate from, and even superior to those of culture …a deceit which has had the ironic effect of dampening both‘free enterprise,’ and the pursuit of happiness - which is an unquantifiable urge that impels human beings and therefore outside the conception and control of such shallow materialist reasonings. As history proves out, what the bankrollers of the new voodoo science of economics really sought was to have a free hand in moving the capital acquired by monopolistic device(such as the East India Company, for instance)into land… by means of which they could become rentiers who profited from the interest thereof… completely without effort- eg. ‘labor’ of any kind! So completely has the paradigm of debt/interest/usury ‘capitalism’ been allowed to infect and deform societies the world over, such that those who labor least are granted the greatest reward. It should go without saying this a complete inversion of the supposed formula penned by Smith, in which work was supposed to grant the moral grounds for the privilege of endless accumulation of wealth.

Seen from this viewpoint, the role of Adam Smith in the grand scheme of things… one which imagines there to be more ‘chance’ in the development of these interlocking theories and social philosophies which spring out of the European “Enlightenment”… is that of an agent of social change – every bit as much as the one credited to the Jacobin elements stirring up the fires of revolution in France, or the more occultic but equally driven English gentry with their “Hellfire Club,” Masonic secret societies, and kabbalistic Rosicrucian mysticisms. Via the ‘false front’ façade of ‘reason’ and ‘science’ enablers such as Smith pave the way for conquest by completely ‘irrational’ and ‘magical’ currents of the mainstream of European culture, which will drive the course of western… and therefore, global… civilization increasingly towards the rocks of its doom. Whereas, in 1760, it is still necessary in beginning the activation of these currents to appeal to “moral sentiments,” in the aftermath of the bloody revolutionary putsch in France it becomes more and more possible to drop the mask of morality, and with the work of Bentham and other more utilitarian minds, proceed towards the unveiling of the new era of self-created Nietzschean superman supplanting all forms of Deity and morality.

As the story of Karl Marx himself bears out, the coup of the “Age of Enlightenment” was not against religion per se– rather it was it was the removal of one form of religious sentiment(the Abrahamic one)and its replacement by another(the Satanic, or “Luciferian one). Behind the smokescreen of supposedly secular-driven modern values of humanism was an archaic, magic-based system of worship, entirely anti-human in essence, being placed so gradually over the ruins of the ‘god-fearing’ nations of the occident as to be entirely invisible to its intended victims. Even the advent of the inverted morality of Aleister Crowley in the early C20th failed to provoke much notice, let alone protest – paving the path for the ultimate and overt predation and degradation of Aquino, Dutrux, and the mind-controlling child rapists subsidized and supported by the secret security organs of all the major western powers by the later part of that same century.

The role of ‘moral philosophers’ such as Adam Smith in this occultic campaign has never been properly considered. This story may go some small way towards correcting the record, whilst ripping off the mask of ‘rationalistic science’ which covers over the true face of our occultic and irrational modern age, with its necromantic symbols and sigils by which the world has been hypnotized into a compliant acceptance. As another famous “moral philosopher” said long, long ago, "Signs and symbols control the world, not phrases and laws," Confucius (551-479 BC).

Two of the three mediators in Lorcas’ creative process were examined in previous posts; it’s seemly then to cast a gaze upon the Muse. Like the Diva, Femme Fatale, or Virgin, she is one of the glosses to which quite a bit of the modern womans’ persona adheres. Their collective and individual power of distortion are seldom adjudged significant, but with Muse in particular, a blind spot results from this lack of attention for which many a woman pays dearly.

To see it in proper perspective, examine the concept of creativity as we employ that term in the western world. Creation is a dynamic principle, implying that the subject creating is active. The Muse, on the other hand, is the most passive of performers, equipped only to “inspire” those who ‘create.’ While the power to create is a biological fact in the female, it is but a proposition in the male, in whom absence of womb seems to induce crisis of identity and compensation complex together.

Is it possible, in fact, to review the history of western culture by judging the key determinant of it’s progression the attempt to usurp the creative function from the female? I dare suggest so, at least as a hermeneutical exercise! To usurp, to reassign it to a gender which, absent innate capacity to (re)produce, has obsessively sought the tools to overcome this lack. Though the most obvious manifestation comes to light with attempts to create life outside the womb, the theme runs through every aspect of man’s scientific endeavour as a thread that forever seeks to reduce the creative function to a set of mechanical principles that can be anticipated and mastered. Hidden in every aspect of man’s theologic, philosophic, and technologic speculations is the desire that the creative principle belong to man alone, leaving both god and woman as bystanders to his omnipotence.

Such an assertion would seem to make man, as in the male half of the human species, the culprit for just about every defect of worldly origin. But it’s not my intent to simply invert the myth of Eve, blaming Adam instead. Rather, I hope to demonstrate in these pages that wherever in history great and complex speculations lurk, there too will also be found a class of persons who imagine themselves higher and more worthy than the rest of us, male or female. They, for lack of opposition to, (or even awareness of) their designs, are allowed to make the most absurd and strangulating rules which serve no other end than to aggrandize themselves at the expense of the general polity. At worst, the majority of males could be deemed knavish, but that is very different than demonic, which is how I would describe the hegemonic vision of the caste of tricksters which seeks enslavement of man and woman both.

Indeed, it is a subtle trick of great inventiveness that has allowed this small cabal to place itself in supposed alignment with the dispossessed or depredated, to seem of common cause with, rather than, as they are in fact, cause of those same persons’ sufferings. Although envisioned and elucidated in the Renaissance by rogues such as Bruno and Bacon, the strings of this web were not well drawn together until the late 19th century; its’ successful employ requiring that the victims of the card trick must always be willing ones. This was for the most part achieved by the end of the 20th century, as witness the destruction of western woman by means of a tortuous (mis)alignment in her own mind of her cause with that of her oppressor!

The key to achieving this bewitchment lay in enrolling the visual arts into the cause of the techno-scientific continuum that coalesced in the occultic movements of fin-de-siecle Europe. Like an army of mutually supportive sections, artillery, cavalry, infantry, on all fronts now the magicians could march forward assured of victory in the overthrow of reality. What the Platonists had despised in the pursuit of the aesthetic, their inheritors could now confidently draw into their schemes by means of their dialectical program. He who rebelled against the mechanization of life was the perfect tool for the more rigorous application of it’s rules. The rebel against bourgeois values was the perfect dupe to aid in the quicker dispossession of the middle classes, and the re-imposition of the hierarchies of a reborn Hellenic Republic with its objective categories of slave and woman ruled by the worthy elite.

But to reach that end would require a long interval of careful conditioning, much like the lobster cooked in the pot. Persons of greater talent and intelligence than I could draw the thread together, were they but willing! But in the absence of such persons from within the wasteland that is contemporary academia, it is I who must suffer the indisposition of trying to sort through the morass of evidence ill-hidden by the players whose secret concordance has yet to be accurately named and revealed. Provisionally, let us name it thus. Man as cosmological agent of {his own} creation.
Stategically, the goal is manipulation of human and material nature to give this self defined elite the keys to what Joachim of Floris envisioned as a third age when “the world would be one vast monastery, in which all men would be contemplative monks rapt in mystical ecstasy and united in singing the praises of God.” In other words, a complete and total partitioning of the sexes, a conformity of purpose and practise that would brook no dispute, no escape from the hardened lines of hierarchy, and no heterodoxies, either in love or in spirit. The hell of Heloise, and her Abelard in their day, and one we seem inexorably charted towards in ours. Unless we get up off of the ropes at the bell of the 8th, and start weaving with quick steps and look of the eye which gives our opponent the cold blunt truth in their gut – we didn’t come this far to lose!

I’d like to go further into the nature of this vision that Bruno and Bacon, Dee and that real Faustus shared, but it’s a subject of such importance and magnitude that I can only touch upon it here for the moment. Suffice to say, from what we have learned about the proclivities of man within the monastic structure, West or East, it’s not a very edifying picture, unless you share the same tendencies. The main point for now is that the pyschology of power and dominance rules supreme in all of this clique, whose ideal melds together the proto-technocratic gulags of Jesuitical Paraguay with the Hellenized erotics of Foucaults’ play of power/power of play
When seen as the sum of their parts, religion, science and the arts all are a seamless project to recreate man as the master of the universe. The agents of this desire, in their modern form, have done an effective job of disguising their objectives, and their implicit distaste for the feminine. Once we turn things right side up however, it will be seen that both women, and the great majority of men, are to be robbed of a natural fount of lifes’ value and pleasures, as well as the dignity that comes with being in possession of their vital functions. Thus it must be specified that deified man is never ‘mankind’ as such, but rather an artificial clique of ’super’ man who has power of life and death over the rest of us. The syphlitic ravings of Nietzsche clothed in the lush rainments of Wagner become the passions of the ‘collective soul’ that ushered in the era of the Pink Swastika. The controversies between theist and atheist, capitalist and communist, creationist and darwinist are all but dialectical cinema, by the end of which performance we all are to be “equally” dispossessed of the intrinsic qualities that go to make us human in the greater sense. Which draws us back to the Muse, after the process of deifying man is complete.
She is the screen on which the males’ luminous imaged is played. She lives on as the mute and passive inspirer, (Peladans’ “Comme on devient une fee”) solely relevant as a means of sparking the creative artist to materialize a vital aspect of truth(truth as beauty, beauty as that which is transcendent of the material, then returned to earth as the immanent and toxic presence of the hardened intellect). But even this role would be of short duration for her, because the ultimate goal of the self-deifying man is to transfer the category of beauty over to maleness, so as to live again as the Greeks, with no regard for woman other than as breeding machine(which role too, ultimately disappears, of course.) Through means of the poisoned chalice of “liberation,” a liberation mediated through pills, abortions, and the zipless fuck, a truly Gnostic liberation of enforced displacement from one’s bodily self into the realms of the virtual, woman goes willingly into the crematorium of her soul, her male counterpart a shuffling, janitorial functionary charged with sweeping up the dust, while the Perfecti anoint each other with the Gnostical body of Christ!
If it seem hard to credit this representation of the course of history, just look at the past century or so, realizing that the artist, in whatever guise, is universally now he who is revered by an adoring female following, assigned the task of nourishing validation of his restored ascendancy(yes, the usual caveat applies, the exception merely prove the rule).
The progress of the endeavour was gradual, but the momentum greatly increased during the last part of the 19th century such that by the time of that raving jackass Lawrence, the transubstantiation of sex into a phallic cult, still resonating with adoring young women in the late decades of the XXth, somehow represented a liberating vision of spiritualized carnality they confused with romantic love. Another artist, painter Marcel Duchamp, wrote “If we give the attributes of a medium to the artist, we must then deny him the state of consciousness on the esthetic plane about what he is doing or why he is doing it. All his decisions in the artistic execution of the work rest with pure intuition and cannot be translated into a self-analysis, spoken or written, or even thought out. T.S. Eliot, in his essay on Tradition and Individual Talent, writes: “The more perfect the artist, the more completely separate in him will be the man who suffers and the mind which creates; the more perfectly will the mind digest and transmute the passions which are its material.”

None of this would not give the impression that artistic capacity in the female half of humanity is even a supposition. The artist is, by definition, the he who creates. The important fact disclosed here is not that early 20th century art shut women out from participation, but that the artist was already transitioning into the post muse “mediumistic” stage where woman was not required even as source of inspiration. This gradual tightening of exclusion will leave the female sex only the option of fawning adoration, by the dawn of the era of pop music. The orgasmic delight of Nuremberg stretches into the studio of Sullivan and the arenas of America Idolatrous, the sexes merging and reemerging as gender neutral consumer/worshippers of the multimillionaire priests of star culture.

In dramatic accord with what I represent to be a sustained polemic to change both nature and role of the sexes, the forthright statements of hierophants like Joesph Peladan, (“the androgyne is the plastic ideal”) gave art and artists a new mandate to create and imagine without reference to woman save as the gutted remnant of a personification that could be reified for purposes of showing the potential psychological terrors she embodied. A symbol.

    Carlos Schwab-Medusa
Woven in with the usual motives for a new ‘artistic order’ that every generation of European artists sought to establish in their turn, the rise of the Symbolists was explicit expression of desire for woman to be purged of all that could relate with man as vital and reciprocal, as one half of the human totality. The dysfunction which caused their own morbid incapacities and narcissism must needs be spread to the rest. Obsessed and threatened by her innate capacity for creation and destruction, the artists of the movement gave themselves over to playing up the destroyer while excising the creatrix. Images of Delilah, Cleopatra, and Judith are replete with swords, poisons, and sawn heads. For woman to be granted admission as acceptable subject she must be moved into the realm of the archetype, leaving behind the markings of her own true self for a world that blurs all distinction. Thus transformed, she is even afforded the opportunity sometimes to bear wings, because the heavens are under the mastery of the transcendent male who may choose to grant her a role as messenger.
The muse becomes angel, angel of {her} Lord.
In this fin-de-siecle milieu, abutting both sides of the century marker, what compels the artist to create is the gnostic urge to degeneracy from which he is to rise purified and redeemed. It goes without saying that women will been induced to seek the same, although their potential for redemption is actually denied by the symbolist doctrine. What matters is that she go through the exercise, at the expense of all which is her own exclusive and natural possession by birth. The poetes maudites create the atmosphere in which what was at least macabre and intriguing in the era of Poe and the Romantics is now merely macabre and witless. Turning from their own abject submission to madness and decay, they sought to become vectors for the same in the body politic. And their inheritors imbibed that mission, no matter what change of stylistic tecnique might come into vogue.
The movement known as Theosophy, which roughly concurrent with the rise of the Decadent and Symbolist currents gave emphasis to a syncreticism of religion and the occult well matched with the synthesis of gender sought by the avant garde writers and painters of Europe. Since mediumship at the time was still one of the areas in which women were acknowledged competent, characters like Blavatsky, Theosophy’s founder, who were fundamentally sexless in orientation acted as strong influences on the culture of the period. This complemented the intentions of the parallel artistic stream, which Peladan summed up with the memorably blunt statement “The order has one single motivating goal: to ruin sexual love, passion, and to substitute the abstract and aesthetic rites.” No better summation of the goal and desire of the faceless cabal which has hijacked western culture exists right through to the present day.
Through Theosophy the next wave of artists, though breaking with form in favor of the abstract, were trained to carry through the mission statement intact. If I have laid out a stark enough background from which to view the present era with suitable discomfort, let’s flip back for a moment to the topical news of the day. A lot of the impact of a story like that of Michael Jackson’s is removed when the occultic aspects are left out. It’s difficult or impossible for most of us to imagine that there is in this modern day a deep web of manipulation and mind control right in our midst, financed and controlled by the state(or state within the state), and that the people(predominately children) who are victimized by the perpetrators are numberless. Since the information is suppressed in the mainstream media, it seems to lack legitimacy, and anything that does break surface(the Franklin coverup, the “temple of seth/Placidio affair”) can be scornfully dismissed as nonsense by those whose job it is to do exactly that. However, the degree of “weirdness” that one encounters in a person like Jackson demands of the impartial observer review of all possible causes, not just those which are mooted by professions like pyschiatry, which really only perform the function of naming and compartmentalizing pathologies that may have little or no relation to reality.

This was a severely traumatized person, and the severity itself bespeaks a genesis in childhood. A witness like Brice Taylor, whose own descent into hell is testified to in the book Thanks for the Memories can be easily dismissed by those who wish to deny that many high up in the hierarchy of power in the USA are predatory perverts, but her tale of the rape and abuse of the Jackson children has a powerful resonance of truth that goes far in explaining the path of auto-destruction that ensued. All sorts of corroborating reports exist for this type of cause and effect behaviour ( a great introduction to the astonishing connections of mind control and the entertainment world can be found @ when one wishes to find them, but an awful lot seems to get vaporized, sometimes along with the sources!

This hidden horror in plain sight of all who would dare look has an occult background because it is the agenda of a longstanding cabal which operates parasitically on humankind. There are those who would give it a completely supernatural and/or extraterrestrial genesis(greys/reptilians, and the like) but when one comes to accept the depths of depravity and madness that human beings can reach on their own, unaided, it is easier just to give it a more down to earth explanation. I personally credit the idea that there are many many forms of parasites and parasitism of this planet, and their transmission and transference is as common and deadly as the vectors we are starting to see with SARS, Swine Flu, AIDS and the like. Something, in other words, gets into peoples’ bodies, and takes over their minds. A kind of possession, whether or not you want to call it demonic, but definitely possession with a capital P, with a strong desire and capacity to infect and replicate.

Where this leads back into a discussion of the Muse is the connection between mind controlled sex slaves, corrupted politicians, entertainers, and other power brokers, and the agenda which all of these serve: the control of western society by a group that wishes to exercise it’s complete domination over the people of that society, that fundamentally hates, fears, and despises the healthy social organism that those people have every right to live in, and that desecrates everyone and everything it comes in contact with. The economic meltdown which is only now beginning will make it easier and easier for people to take off their blinkers and see what a farce has been made of the pretension to democracy and human rights in the west, but too late for any adjustment in the tragic storyline that awaits.

The great majority of the sources that bring information about this phenomena to light can be classified as a of the “pro-family” or “conservative values, religious right” type . While I admire their willingness to speak out against the imposed consensus of silence, I don’t share their vision or their values. In turn, I wish all resistors well, but the visions of reactionary mold are not at all likely to turn back the tide rolling our way. Indeed, I see almost all of that type of conservative resistance as being hopelessly co-opted, the perfect metaphor being the fellating evangelist who “falls prey to temptation,” an even more abject figure of ridicule than the pedophile priest. They all fall in line with the occultic tune at the end of the day, because each needs the other to keep their particular swindle going. Nobody’s getting ‘raptured’ out of the nightmare these fools have worked together so hard to produce.

If I’ve been at all successful in communicating my point of view, the reader will glean that I have at heart here self interest, and the interests of what I would call the better part of man, as much as those of women, even though much of what I have said is framed in terms that seem resonant with the “feminist” perspective. If both “progressive” and “conservative” viewpoints seem to percolate into the mix here, truth needs be acknowledged wherever it can be found, and I deny no point of view it’s merits where they exist. But identity politics is simply a part of the divide and rule strategy of the hegemonists, so declining allegiance to any faction is a necessary pre-condition to freeing the power of vestigial vision as an antidote to trickery and deceit. Just as freeing woman from the cul de sac of the Muse and the rest of those archetypes is a necessary pre-condition to beginning the work of dispossessing the hegemonists of their plunder.

For tactical reasons, I think it imperative that the capacity for critical thinking in women be cultivated, but I would be quick to point out that this thinking will be by definition necessarily different from the “thinking” that men and male dominated venues of communication mean by the term. It needs be in order to be of value at all. (A lot of very intelligent women have been inveigled into believing that they achieve “equality” by being trained and then put on the payroll of universities to spout out the same hopeless inanities as their sad sack male counterparts. Good luck with that.) That’s why vestigial vision is key; when I was still ponderng what to call this space, I happened across a reference in a book called Sexual Paradox to the clitoris as vestigial phallus. Apparently it was Stephen J. Gould, the respected biologist, who thought this was a a scientifically verifiable way to define the female pleasure organ. All I can say, if that’s his idea of scientific integrity, the guy might as well be a witch doctor. (Interestingly, in the female spider monkey, the clitoris of which elongates externally to the degree that it is larger than the phallus of the male, the female is socially dominant!) But then, we are more than one hundred years post Freud, and his criminally defective conceptual framework has still not been fully debunked and discredited, so what should I expect!

Anyways, I think it helped me make the connection between science and magic, as it infects the present day. It also helped me get clear on how as well as what I wanted to communicate on this site. To get any idea across clearly requires that the communicator consider how they want that idea to be thought about, what kind of constructs are to be used in formulating it. The idea of vestigial vision bespeaks the same kind of metaphorical language as the despised clitoris, useless,(in Freudian terminology) discardable, biologically ‘impractical.’ The vision that is required to see what is hidden in plain sight, just as the clitoris is cloaked, but not invisible, retractable, and extendable, same as the male organ, but in a different way. And anything but impractical! Different, yes. Our difference to each other is a similarity we share in common with each other.

The import of which is to say that what I/we as men require of women at this point in time is that they begin to use again a type of visioning that is intrinsic to their nature, but that they appear to have forgotten/lost heart in. It’s not impossible for men to see in the same manner, but it’s not native. It is the same as saying it’s not impossible for women to become architects, design buildings, and so forth. But it is not really intrinsic to their nature to do that, the way it fascinates men to create with space and material in that manner. That’s exactly what the womb does, organically, not mechanically. So the toys are less interesting.

Rolling back the hegemonists requires deletion of all modes of the hegemonist vision, and the best way for that to happen is through application of another kind of vision in it’s place. Since none of us really knows what the world looks like when vestigial vision is applied, there is no authority, no hierarchy that can say what one should see, what they should do to apply vestigial vision. Kind of similar to the way things are when females think as females, anyways; less hierarchy, less imposition of structure. (Yup, unreconstructed essentialist, n’ proud of it, that’s moi.) If the strong points about the way women think were applied in equal measure to the circumstances of our lives as the way men think, then the way men think would start to get very creative and interesting. Because of the difference. Not because the two would become the same. That imposition of sameness is exactly the paradigm that the hegemonist vision enables and enforces.

I have little doubt that Baudrillard was correct in claiming that all resistance against the “system” feeds that system. So it seems at first glance a paradox to make reference to an anit-hegemonist program. Why bother? But for all his amazing dexterity and mastery of discourse, Baudrillard was, by training, profession, and inclination, a piece of that system, in it’s philosphic guise, (which chucked Luce Irigaray out the moment she uttered the first questioning of it’s premise and values, thus defining it’s own irrelevancy) No matter whether as jettisoned waste material or willing sycophant, he had not the slightest possibililty of escaping it’s conceptual confines, and his reportage from the depths of it’s fallopian tubes was that of a cellule of the whole, not of a foreign factor. That’s what gave him such uncanny foreknowledge and accuracy. No matter how high the voltage of his violent dualism, it lit up no exit sign, nor could it produce respite from terrorisation, all tools of irony and rhetoric notwithstanding. Still just tools. He told us the truth to the extent of his ability. After that, he lied. It’s just the way it is. Too much of that existentialist crap imbibed in his tender years. There’s always a way out.

What I have in mind is a little bit more wu wei, a kind of not doing that Keroauc almost figured out the essence of before alcohol and the too close presence of the angelic took him down. Alone of all his contemporaries he evaded the toxic inoculation of the university, that graveyard of disinterested knowledge, keeping a small spark of dangerous wisdom going inside for as long as he could evade the fogs that closed in on his lookout tower of the soul. If he never quite peeled off his skin the layer of mucosal fetal material that kept him chained to the Mother image, at least he never trampled underfoot the Maiden in the rush to seize the fruits of the Dionysian revolution that maddened all the rest of his and the following generation of artistes. That’s more an accomplishment than it might sound.

Doing nothing. In the sense that Hvashang Mahayana held up the notion, in contradistinction to the busybody striving of the Indo Buddhist orthodoxy that won the day at Samye, meaning nothing needs doing{that is to say, fixing}, the concept of which itself is a masculine overcompensation for that lack of innate accomplishment I have referred to above. The implied passivity and receptivity of this position is less that of the stereotypical feminine principle than that of the martial artist, who invites the aggression of the opponent in order to neutralize it’s effect. We are without historical representation of what it would be like to reposition women as active player in challenging authority(in a radically different sense than that of merely aping man’s method of so doing-sorry, “anti war demonstrations” do not pass the bar here) and my imagination is not giving me much to go on either here, so all I can do is posit that if men consciously actuate non acting this will result in women being freed to creatively respond in new ways. Seems like I’m musing about man as muse. Doing nothing! And when our co-conspirators of the other sex start saying Nothing doing! to the blandishments of the puppetmasters who seek to render them sexless and spiritless, THEN WE ARE GOING TO START A LITTLE SUMPTIN SUMPTIN!

I’ll close by indulging one speculation or prediction here. The role of the tool in the mind of man is altogether lacking the same significance in the mind of woman. What supplants, or at least takes the place of the tool in the latter might just be will (but again, as with thinking, a different form of will). Will as in a second brain, which has its’ seat in the area the Japanese call hara. Proximate to that non-spatial space we call the womb. The place where something gets assembled with no recourse to tools. Chaudron magique.

Could there have been a time when the creative application of will by women might have done all that we’ve since spent centuries “tooling up” to replicate? What if this second brain holds a vestigial capacity to move objects in space, a tool which renders all tools obsolete?

Except for that one tool unique to man, and for which he may yet be forgiven a thousand sins, when he (re)learns how to use it as nature intended! Well, I pray it may be so, we need some special gifts to ward off the beast which slouches our way. Me, I’m going to just sit back a while now, do a little not doing, while y’all practice moving those objects in space!
